Invaluable read for the audience it's designed to reach with the desire for banishing the ghosts of damaging experiences of the past and an interesting and enlightening read for others who may want to have an understanding of these issues to be better equipped to be a help to those effected by these issues.

Moving forward can be difficult. This book is inspiring help to move without looking back to the past all the time.

As a Christian this book was the guide and information I needed. Very easy to read and understand.
