If you don’t want the best, don’t buy a Hilti!
Hilti is simply the best! I have a TE72, TE22, and a DX35 I’ve owned for 35 years and they work exactly as well as the day I bought them. Johnb - Yuma

Meh...
It's basically an overpriced Bulldog. Yes, it has the power and outperforms other brands, but not $4500 worth. If you have the money to spend, why not get it? I've had similar results with the old Bosch Bulldog though. Just take care of the tools that make you money...

PERFORMANCE
The TE 70 is very powerful and needs little effort to do the job. It drills through concrete very easily and the chisel breaks away rock/concrete with ease. Not for the petite person to manage.

Tool works good, but cheap case, and SOOOO AWFULLY EXPENSIVE.
So the tool works fine I bought it used and it has never let me down. The concerns I have are that the case is junk because the clips pop off all the time and this causes the tool to drop on the ground when I'm carrying it around. IT IS ALSO THE MOST EXPENSIVE ROTOHAMMER I HAVE EVER SEEN. Like I said it's a good tool but I would not say it's work 4x more than a similar name brand. The fact that it's so over priced is why I have to give it just 3 stars.
