I purchased this REFICCER executive chair to replace a worn-out office chair which I’ve had for a few years, I wish I’d done so sooner as it feels so much more comfortable and offers more support!The headrest is nicely padded so neck pain is a thing of the past and the cushion is double padded, so it doesn’t sink over time like cheaper chairs do.The chair also offers ample lumbar support, however it’s the first chair I’ve seen which sort of ‘hides’ this and it blends in with the design of the chair, whereas some other chairs just look silly.

This is the second one we've bought for this house. I've had the first one for over 18 months so had no qualms about ordering another one for my wife after the cheap one i'd originally palmed her off with collapsed. The construction instructions are easy to follow although putting the seat back in place required a few adjustments not mentioned in the instructions. However, once done the chair feels solid and the mechanism does feel like it will deal with people which my mother describes as "big boned". The lifting arms are very useful and the reclining mechanism works well - Highly recommended product

I bought this ‘REFICCER’ office chair to replace an old gaming style chair, the main advantages with this being the more ergonomic design and overall comfiness when seated for prolonged periods.The chair was incredibly simple to put together, taking around 20 minutes in total, this time could’ve even been reduced further had I chose to read the instructions at the beginning!Overall, the whole chair has a premium feel to it, the extra padding in the seats and headrest are really noticeable and are a huge improvement to most chairs I’ve used previously.

Assembly was fine - just a bit tricky for me or anyone with reduced mobility, but able bodied folk would be just fine - no different to and self-assembly item. I play guitar and find it VERY useful to be able to drop the arms when I am playing. It's quite comfortable too, perhaps not quite as padded as my last one - the faux leather has a quality feel to it.

With this chair, I found you need to take your time during assembly. My advice is not to tighten all screws until the end. By doing this, all screw and bolt holes are easily alligned. I spent about thirty minutes during assembly with no issues.It glides easily across my floor and is super soft and comfortable to sit on. I like how I can raise the armrests so it can slide under my desk when not in use.It's a well made thing and supports my weight easily. 5 stars.

Chair was easy to assemble and had good instructions/tools. Chair is quite comfortable but biggest annoyance is that it is NOT leather as per description. It's plastic. Given as present so wasn't aware until too late. Should be a lot cheaper seeing that it is does not have any leather anywhere!!!

comfy, does the job.arms are plastic so anyone big enough to occupy the whole seat would need to be careful that they don't snap them. I saw a photo of a similar chair with two broken arms.i have laminate flooring so bought some separate rubber casters which work fine.someone stated that it's best to tighten the screws once the whole chair is assembled, i agree, some adjustment required to attach the back to the seat.pair of rubber studded gloves came with the chair, handy for the seat tension adjustment, spare screw also for the one which ends up under the desk somewhere.i will use to gloves to open jam jars etc.instruction manual easy to follow (it's spelt incorrectly on the cover, haha)t-rench provided for assembly is quite sturdy and easy to use.all in all not bad value, leatherette cover easy to clean, but i will be careful supporting my weight with the plastic arms.

Very comfortable and wasn’t hard to assemble, I did it singlehandedly within 20 minutes. Looks neat as well
