3M P95 / Organic Vapor Paint Project Reusable Respirator 6311, Large Size, NIOSH-APPROVED, Use For Paint Spraying

I picked up this mask for a few projects and it’s been a great piece of safety gear to have around. The fit is comfortable and seals well around the face, which makes a big difference when you’re working with spray paint or sanding surfaces. Once it’s on and adjusted, it stays in place without feeling restrictive. The filtration works really well. I didn’t notice any strong paint fumes getting through, and breathing through the mask is still easy even during longer sessions. I would buy it again.

Works great seals perfect, keeps all the smells and chemicals out, protection is key. I've painted with epoxy primer and 2k. Not a trace of smell. I have to do a fit test at work. Make sure the vent in the front is working and the rubber is sealed to your face. The price for your safety is well worth it. The hook clip is kinda a PITA. But once you get it it stays locked

I got this for protection from VOCs when using stain and finishes. I couldn't smell a thing when wearing it. I found it comfortable enough that I later bought adapters to use this as my every day mask with just N95/P95 filters when I don't need the vapor protection.

Good product. Stinky instructions. The pads go in the cartridge.

I bought this mask to use for painting kitchen cabinets with a HVLP sprayer, but ended up getting more use/benefit from it while making the cabinets (cutting and sanding). I found that even with a decent dust collection system, there are a lot of particulates in the air (I don't have a filtration system in my shop - yet). I was breathing in that fine dust and getting respiratory infections from it, and this mask completely stopped that. It isn't cumbersome, is easy to use, fits and seals well, and I can wear it for extended periods of time. I highly recommend it.

Reasonably priced. The air filter caps will sometimes fall off so make sure they they are tight. A little tight on my nose bridge but otherwise reasonably good

Bought this to protect myself while doing a house clean out. Mask fit almost right out of the box (I wear a 7 3/8 fitted hat normally) with some minor tightening of the straps (just had to pull once it was on my head). Took about a minute to attach the filters to the mask. Also came with some extra filter pad replacements. Noticed no smell during my cleaning even with heavy vinegar usage and was able to breathe comfortably. A worthy purchase for my needs.

Cant go wrong with 3m. Works extremely well.

Compre esta mascara/respirador porque necesitaba volver a pintar la herrería de mi casa y cada vez que lijaba puertas y ventanas me entraba a los orificios de la nariz polvo de la pintura lijada, intente con las mascaras blancas que venden en comex, pero aun así el polvo de la pintura entraba a mi nariz, sin embargo al utilizar esta mascara mi nariz permanece limpia y libre de pintura lo que me da seguridad de poder lijar sin temor a dañar mi nariz y pulmones, la mascara esta hecha de buena calidad tiene correas resistentes y filtros que atrapan las partículas de pintura, lo único que no bloquea adecuadamente es el olor del tiner, aunque disminuye un poco el olor penetrante que presenta actualmente el tiner el cual daña rapidamente la salud de las personas, lamentablemente la mascara/respirador no lo bloquea completamente, por ello aun con la mascara es necesario pintar en lugares ventilados para no terminar mareado o caer enfermo por el olor del tiner. También he de mencionar que realizo los trabajos de pintura con una pistola para pintar wagner flexio 590 y la mascara protege correctamente de la pintura que la pistola arroja en forma de spray, en mi caso para comprobar si no dejó pasar pintura cada vez que termino de pintar me quito esta mascara/respirador y con una servilleta blanca o un kleenex me limpio la nariz y en ningún momento la servilleta o kleenex han presentado manchas de pintura. En cuanto comience a ver que aparecen manchas de pintura en mi nariz comprare filtros para reemplazar los que trae la mascara, considero que cambiar de filtros sera suficiente para que la mascara/respirador vuelva a realizar su función correctamente.

Excelente producto, cumple con todas las expectativas. Muy útil para trabajos en donde se está en ambientes saturados de polvos o vapores químicos.

Excelente protector realmente protege de todo tipo de pinturas, yo lo uso para poliuretanos principalmente y no siento ningún olor 100% recomendable
