Does this have a 2 keys for the travel case? is this made of pu leather or the real leather?

Just one key. Not leather more like velvet material and sewing looks rough.

Does the jewelry box have a place to put necklaces?

Yes it does. Almost 10 spots I think. When you open it, it has the notches in the top of the lid to place the necklaces and small pouches at the bottom to hold them in place so they won't move around. This jewelry box is very durable and I think a great purchase, especially for young girls

Is the green pouch pictured the "complimentary phone case" listed in the item description? BC i bought this and have no idea what this green thing is.

Not a phone case. There are little hooks above the pouch to hang necklaces. The pouch keeps the necklaces secure — keeps them from falling off the prongs or getting stuck when you close the case.

I can't unlock my box. Any tips?

You need to squeeze down on both sides of the push in tabs at the same time to open the clasp
