This is a genuis little camera and is certainly waterproof to a depth of a couple of feet. Used this 3 or 4 times on holiday recently and took some splendid pics of the sea - both on and under! Sometimes the camera will result in a black image where the focus or exposure is off but this only happened a handful of times and I took well over 200 images. The resolution isn't fantastic but its sufficient for some decent underwater imagery+ the battery life is excellent with no recharges required. Definitely worth a buy if you want a camera to play with in the water and a huge improvement on the nasty disposable ones. All in all, pretty happy!

Great value for money. It is waterproof as it says and adds fun to holidays BUT I don't recommend zooming in. The whole picture loses pixels and is just one big blur. Other than that, records well, sounds is OK. Good 4 stars.

Great camera for price. Bought for 9 yr old. Be aware it requires a micro memory card, not the full size memory card that Amazon were suggesting/promoting when I purchased the camera!

If you are getting this camera as I did so you don’t need to take your expensive phone out with you and fanncy taking some pictures while swimming or doing water sports don’t bother it’s to slow to focus image quality is poor it just shows you how good your camera has become on your phone and the tech is 10 years old so it feels old fashioned and clunky I took a few pics with it when i got it and was disappointed with it and decided not to take it with me on holiday. Also the battery can be put it the wrong way round it was not charging up after some fiddling about I realised that the poor design of the battery slot meat that the battery could be sloted in backwards 😡 wasted a day leaving it on charge. Plus side is the camera feels sturdy and for the price it’s a great gift for the kids to get them snapping away come rain or shine but not for me disappointed but not surprised give the piece.

This camera is advertised as a waterproof underwater camera for use on the beach or snorkelling. Let's start with the positive - it is waterproof - well tested and seems very good.As to being a camera.... in camera mode the exposure is all over the place and almost all the pictures I took were over-exposed both in air and underwater to the extent of large areas of the pixels being burnt out (in some cases the majority of the pixels). Completely unacceptable. This seemed to improve a little in video mode but still poor. Also the focus underwater in both camera and video mode, both in sport and underwater mode, is very poor and makes the whole camera totally unsuitable for use underwater. I tried keeping the camera still but this did not help. A further serious problem is a very significant delay (at least a second or more sometimes) between pressing the button and the image being captured. Hopeless for anything except long-distance scenes and certainly impossible with fish.All in all the camera I received was not fit for purpose and wasted the oportunities I had to take underwater pictures. I have returned it in disgust and cannot advise purchasing this item to anybody.

Used for two weeks in the carabean this February with no problem, easy to use with long battery life.

Leuke camera, waterdicht. Mee in de zee genomen om bij het snorkelen te gebruiken, daarvoor zoomt hij te weinig in om mooie foto’s te maken. Voor dichtbij maakt hij prima waterpret foto’s

J'ai acheté cet appareil pour faire des hotos sous-marines : le résultat est vraimentb très bon pour le prix. La qualité des images est très bonne quand le photograhe les réussit. Evidemment, il vaut mieux éviter le zoom surtout sous l'eau. J'avais fait des photos sous l'eau avec un jetable argentique et ensuite avec un Olympus SW780 (300€ env.) : les réuktats sont bien meilleurs!

La fotocamera è stata presa come regalo per una persona disabile. Fa buone foto tutto sommato (abbiamo delle reflex per occasioni speciali) e facile da maneggiare (non solo fisicamente ma anche a livello del software). Comoda da portare in giro e per ogni situazione.
