Perfect for self massage, good size and quality wood. Used after my BBL works great, it was NOT as flexible as advertised and described. It still got the job done just took a bit longer to achieve the angle. Overall this is a quality product

Received this quickly and was able to use it right out of the box. I had been having very sore fatigued muscles in my back and literally after one use it loosened them up so nicely. I’ve since used it on my calf’s, & thighs just for circulation. Worth it’s weight in gold!

One of the wooden nodules came cracked (which I don't believe could have happened in shipping as it was boxed and bubble wrapped quite well) which was disheartening but it still does the job.
