Yes this is what the kit is designed for, you probably want our Clothing Kit (blue) which is designed for multiple types of jackets. The Outdoor Kit has some parts for jackets, but is designed mostly for bags and tents for camping. Q: I have a tent with one zipper built into it. Can I add this product to make it a dual two way zipper?

I tend to doubt it because the "pull" tabs are made for the zipper catch specific to that style of zipper and I don't think the zipper teeth are universal enabling either a single pull or double. I don't think you can convert over from one to the other. I might be wrong on a tent construction but I know on a winter coat you need the old single pull zipper to be totally replaced for a double pull zipper to work. This kit doesn't really help you for your task.

Yes this kit includes the most common tent zipper sizes, if you somehow don't find the exact size you can contact their customer service and they will get you the right size. Very helpful and good quality product!

I used,the largest slider on the inside of my purse. It may work for you.
