Would these fit an 11 year old?

I bought these for my 10 year old daughter, and they fit her.

Yes, there are lenses, but they came with the stem broken off. No kit had the right screw and I had to take them to the Optomitrist to have them fixed.

Look great, but a bit small

A little small on my adult head, but otherwise a great set of glasses. When I say small, I mean the arms/temples are a little short and didn't quite sit on my ears quite right.
