Very sturdy but a bit of a pain to assemble.
Overall quality is very sturdy. I purchased this ladder because of the larger flat steps. I also liked the padded hooks up top. Now to the reason only 4 stars. There are square nuts that go inside the step. (Instruction pic). In order to get the bolt to line up and get the nut in place i used a standard bit to “force” the nut in place. ( pic 2). To my own fault i didnt measure the height of our 12’ exacme trampoline. With the angle of the steps it appears to be made for a slightly taller trampoline. It certainly works, but not optimal. Side note: i think i am going to put some “U” stakes over the base bar to hold it in place. Hope this review helps. I just measured and the height of the ladder from floor to just under the apex of the hook is 42.5”. (Padded hook pic) It took me about 30 mins to assemble.
