Perfect solution to hide away the litter box and reduce litter scatter!
The media could not be loaded. This is the third hide-away cat litter box cabinet that I’ve purchased in the last year because I refuse to settle, and I finally found the perfect solution to hiding away the litter box and most importantly, eliminating litter scatter. It features a system where the cat jumps in on the second shelf through an entrance hole, climbs down to the litterbox on the bottom shelf to do their thing, and then they have to step down out of the litter box on the ground level (litter trapping feature #1), jump back up to the top shelf (feature #2) and walk across the litter-trapping mat I installed (innovative feature #3) and jump back out of the cabinet (feature #4). It 100% works due to the four steps/jumps within the unit, and it’s a steal at less than $150. I have two gigantic cats who are more than 20lbs and they fit through the entrance shelves and top shelf holes without any issues. Goodbye, litter on the floor and hello attractive cabinet and functional solution! Ta-da!

Material isn’t strong enough to stand up to cat pee.
This product was fine to put together- I wouldn’t say that it was easy but fine if you have 2 people. My complaint is that the back panel gets soaked with cat pee almost instantly and then falls apart and stinks .I even put in a extra tall box and eventually a mat against the back wall but the damage is done- the smell of pee outdoes the whole point of the house (to conceal the cat box). Big bummer

It’s a big one!
I read reviews. I took measurements. Over and over and still I somehow thought this might be too small. I. Was. Wrong! It is roughly the size of a small dryer. Material is solid enough for cats but it wobbles. May take apart and glue and add L brackets. I decided to add peel and stick vinyl & happy I did because cat missed the litter first time. I got it to put food and water on top all to keep our dachshund out of treats and sadly she passed the day we received this. But we will keep anyway even though it is too high of a jump for our elderly cats to make so we moved it near a window so they can maneuver to the top. Instructions made it easy to assemble.

Pretty wobbly
It does what I need it to do which is great but it is pretty wobbly. I have put together plenty of pieces of furniture and this was fairly easy. Really disappointed that wobbles when touched or moved. For how heavy it is and how much it cost, it should be sturdier.Function for the cat it great though. My dogs are like medium size, weenier dogs (mixed breed), so they can get into most litter box situations. This fixes that. I could see a smaller dog jumping in though.

Strong, Heavy Duty, Keeps dogs out, easy for large cats to use
I have a small space and limited on where to hide my litter box to keep dogs out of it, This has helped me 1-Million percent! Took me awhile to put together, I recommend turning on a Netflix show. Once its put together its sturdy, I keep mine in a corner away from the wall, my cats are between 11 pounds and 15 pounds, I didn't think they would fit in the hole but they do with a lot of wiggle room, they have no problem jumping in it, the door is held shut with a very strong magnet, the second shelf has plenty of room for a food bowl, my dogs can't get into this cat fort to surf for poo no more, I am happy with it, its strong enough that I placed a 3 story cat tree on top of it for my cats to use and its holding up great with no wiggling or wobbling! I highly recommend and my cats love it!

Works! Stops the dog getting appetizers...
The product is well made, and reasonably well designed. Be aware that there are a LOT of screws to deal with -the manufacturer would do well to review and simplify assembly. Beyond that, the cat started using it once we put a bit of soiled littler in a tray in the lower portion and the dog can't get to the tray, so no more "treats" for him!

Great design to keep my dog from getting into the litter.
This looks great and was easy to put together. The cats are fine with entering the box and dropping down to the litter box sitting below and it does exactly what I wanted - keeps my dog out of the litter box (her favorite treat)! My only complaint is that the door has started scrape the floor when I open it to clean the litter. I’m not sure why that’s happening - could be something needs to be tightened but it’s a minor issue.

Great way to keep small dogs out of litter box.
I needed to put a litter box in my laundry room, I also needed to keep my small dogs from accessing it. This was a perfect fit in the laundry room and I was able to keep the cats food and the litter box our of reach of my dogs. The directions were a little complicated, and the "wood" is really cheap, but it looks great and it will serve its purpose.

Not practical
I bought this product back in 2017, as we moved in to a smaller flat and there wasnt much space. I have 2 large persian cats. Overall the product is handy and it saves space however there are afew technical problems I encountered; 1- there is only one entry when the door is shut and your cat has to be able to jump, in my case my cats are getting older and they are lazy also, so after finding out they cant really jump and they ended up spoilling on bed, I had to keep the door open at all times, which brings me to the second point. 2-If the door is open at all times there will be a smell! The cupboard is in the toilet close to front door and as you walk in to the house there is always a strong smell of litter. 3- As you know the more cats you have the more litter box you need, in my case I have to have 3 at least. I had to really look for 3 small litter box on amazon to be able to fit two at the bottom and one on top, but since they are smaller be prepared for cleanning them more often! 4- The last point is more of a product fault, overtime I have noticed raises on the base wood and the coating is starting to come off as shown in the pic. I woud only recommond this product if you are tight on space, otherwise for the price of it and the quality of it , I would say no.
