A good fun romantic story
Wow I love this book I didn't think that I would love it, but when it came to sterling finding love i don't think that he even thought that it was impossible until Camryn came back into his life where they had to end up working together. And that when they started to have connections and they didn't see it coming at all well maybe sterling did because it was only one woman that he was interested in and that was Camryn. Now when it comes to Camryn, she also had feelings for sterling but didn't want to act on it because she didn't know how he will feel about it. But most of all I think that he ended up shocking Camryn by his feelings for her because she wasn't expecting it. But most of all I am glad that Sterling did confess his feelings for Camryn because it shows that he was serious about her. Now when it comes to Anna I was totally surprised by her actions because I didn't think that she would do the things that she did towards Camryn especially when Camryn told her house she felt I was just shocked. Now as for Olivia she was really a good friend towards Camryn she didn't judge her she just let Camryn make her own decision without criticizing her. But most of all this was a good book.

~ 5 Finding My Lobster Stars ~
This is what I have come to expect from a Kendall Ryan book. It was fun, sexy and an extremely enjoyable read. The Fix Up is a standalone novel that spins off of her Hitched series. I don’t believe you need to read Hitched Volumes 1-3 before enjoying this book. You do meet Camryn and Sterling in those books, but you won’t be missing anything by not reading those first. If you are a person like me who needs to meet and follow the characters throughout their whole journey then you should read Hitched first.I fell in love with Sterling in Hitched. He is one of the main reasons I liked those books and he was so much better in his own story. I have to be honest and say I loved The Fix Up so much more than Hitched. A lot of that is because of Camryn and Sterling. They are funny, sassy, sexy and overall lovable characters. As we always get with a Kendall Ryan book, the writing was great. She gave us an interesting storyline (even though similar to the Hitched Series). It was it’s own story and I like that. The flow and pace was spot on. This book moved right along and never dragged, but it also didn’t feel too rushed either. In The Fix Up we follow Sterling and Camryn. Like I said we are introduced to their characters in the Hitched Series. Sterling a British divorce lawyer who is determined to stay a playboy forever and the Best Friend of Noah. Camryn is the best friend of Olivia (Noah’s wife) and she works for Olivia in public relations. Sterling’s life is turned upside down when he is told that he gains to inherit millions of dollars, but he has to get married in six months in order to get the money. Knowing that money could help with his mom, Sterling goes forward with the project of finding a wife. In comes Camryn….she is put in charge of helping Sterling find his wife. What happens when lines blur?? Will Sterling marry for the money or will he find someone to really love?? Find out those answers by reading this book.I really loved Sterling and Camryn as characters. I could see myself being friends with both of them. I loved seeing the more personal side of Sterling. There was so much more to the playboy bachelor. I was glad Kendall gave us that inside look to him. I also liked Camryn, even though towards the end I wanted to smack her. Both her and Sterling needed to work on their communication skills at times.I would definitely recommend The Fix Up to anyone who is a fan of Kendall Ryan’s….I think this is one of her best books yet. Also if you are a fan of a friends to lovers story, that will have you laughing, swooning, and in the end smiling…this is a book you don’t want to miss!!!

A cute read with a bit of a silly conflict at the end
Sterling (Noah’s best friend from the hitched series) is notified that a distant relative passes away, leaving Sterling millions of dollars in his will with the condition that, you guessed it, Sterling gets married. Camryn is hired by Sterling’s uncle to help Sterling find a wife.Sterling knows what, or who, he wants almost from the very beginning and I loved the fact that he immediately goes after her, Camryn. Even though Sterling is confident in what he wants, I really appreciated that he wasn’t too arrogant. He actually comes off as being a bit of a softie and is pretty sweet in pulling out all the stops to try to woo Camryn. I even saw him as being a gentleman, especially when he references Noah and Olivia’s wedding and how he was attracted to Camryn then, but didn’t take advantage of her since he knew she wasn’t a one night stand type of girl. As it turns out, Sterling realizes he doesn’t want to be a one night stand kinda guy anymore and soon Camryn isn’t the only one yearning for a true, deep connection with someone.I thought the conflict at the end was kind of silly, and had some twists that were odd and I wasn’t expecting, but I’m glad it didn’t completely throw this couple off track and they were able to resolve things fairly easily and quickly.Favorite Quote:“but when I think of being married, the only woman I see standing beside me as I make those vows is you.”-Sterling

An Enjoyable & Engaging Story
This was an enjoyable story that drew me in and kept me engaged until the very end. The two main characters Sterling and Camryn were both extremely likable and they definitely had a lot of chemistry. And I certainly enjoyed the banter between the pair. The story itself was lighthearted and in a way quite sweet. It also had a few hot moments, and no heavy emotional issues. I also particularly loved all of Sterlings British sayings. Which the author captured brilliantly, without having to constantly remind you that Sterling was originally from Britian and therefore used different words for certain things. And overall I thought this was an enjoyable read. That I would happily recommend to others. And I'll certainly be checking out more books by this author in the future.

sexy british man and sassy female - hot 5 star story
Oh my days, i love friends to lovers romances. And being a British woman i love seeing how people from other cultures write our men. Let me tell you if Sterling was real i would climb that sexy, but arrogant but so sweet man in a heartbeat. However my loyalty lies with Camryn that girl is amazing, there is a part in the book, where she tells herself she is not going to stand to be treated like she is and is prepared to walk away to maintain dignity. Not going to tell you anymore about the scene but this moment shows Camryn will not be messed with heart, body or soul. She is not worth being messed around so i adore her.For a fun, seriously sexy and flirty friends to possibly red hot lovers romance go pick this book up. Also to see how hot men from my native land are :)

The Fix Up... by Kendal Ryan.
Lots of emotional upheaval and uncertainty (of course), BUT too much like bk 1 - securing inheritance through marriage. Would two friends have the same challenge... don't think so. And why do American authors think men from the UK call everyone 'love' They do not... and just having Sterling say that word was completely against his character. What I did love about both books though is the wicked sense of humour the two male characters had between the two of them.... You just have to chuckle.

Not for me
Struggled with this book after about 20%, it started off really well and then just went downhill fast. Why do all British characters in books call women love grrrr, I'm British and do not know a single male under the age of 80 who calls anyone love. Just found the story really weak. Not for me & rather gutted that I paid for this
