Q: Is this for a B57915?

If your model number is in fact for a Brisk II air conditioner, it should work. It would be best if you called Dometic and ask them if this model control works with your unit. That is what I did. Let me tell you, the unit works wonderful.

Q: Will this fit the model #457915xx1co

Yes, this control box and thermostat will fit and operate a Dometic Brisk Air that is heat & cool only (No Heat Pump or Heat Strip). It will plug and play on newer RV's but requires wiring change at the control box and at the thermostat on older systems that are still analog. That is; the 6 wire controls. This kit comes with a new wiring harness.

Q: Is this a 3 wire thermostat?

Yes. Power, ground, and communication wire.

Q: Will this work with a duel zone system ?

I do not know if that will work on your air condition, I called Dometic Customer service number with the number I got off of the control box in the bottom of the AC from inside RV and they told me the part number that I needed. I Purchase the unit that I need it for my AC and I am very happy with it. A lot of the reviews I read about are not very good, but mine works wonderful. I would purchase it again.
