Very pleased!!
I wanted to give this supplement some time before reviewing, to make sure I saw results and I'm very happy with the results ! My cats have very thick and heavy fur and shead copious amounts of fur most of the time and required daily grooming to control the matting so upon doing some research I discovered that a fish oil supplement might be helpful . I ran it by my vet and he was very pleased with this supplement so I gave it a try and it helped both my very furry babies with shedding and added extra shine and luster to their coats. So lm hopping next years shedding won't be so out of control and they both don't mind the taste, I just add it in their moist food daily. I'm hoping for some more long term results as they get older with joint and hair ball issues , their only a year old now .

Convenient pump. Smells ok but seal was loose on delivery.
Just arrived yesterday...didn't spill because it was in a ziploc-type sealed bag but when I opened the top, the silver seal was already open. I don't feel comfortable feeding my dog anything that may be tampered or compromised so I haven't tried it out yet. Still feeding her the remaining fish oil I already use. But this one smells less strongly of fish oil than my current bottle. So that's nice.I would like to try the product but again, not sure if the seal was supposed to be sealed or it's just something that was attached to the bottle top and it fell loose. I might try to return it.UPDATE 11/7/2016: Steve from Omeagease contacted me and sent a new bottle for my peace of mind. The seal was in the same condition but he explained that it was not a seal for the bottle but for the lid, for customers who want to use the lid and not the pump. So I just started using it and it is more convenient with the pump. It smells less than my other omega oil. My dog seems to be okay with eating it. No change in eating habits with the new oil.

The seller was really nice and reached out for tips to help the longevity ...
This seems to be doing the trick to reduce dandruff for my little black boy (cats). Their fur is definitely getting shinier and silkier from use. The seller was really nice and reached out for tips to help the longevity of the oil. It come with a few different options for using the oil - a cap, a pump or a flip top. Because I am using for cats, I use the pump (directions call for 1/2 pump per cat). On a previous bottle I had of fish oil, it leaked and got really gummy and I had to through it away. So far this isn't leaking due to following the tips from the seller.

Works awesome but bottle leaks
I purchased this product last winter to help relieve dry itchy fur for my Malinois. The fish oil was a miricle worker. After a week he was less itchy overall, and after 2-3 weeks his dry patches of skin on his coat and dry was on the tips of his ears went away 90%. He thinks this stuff is a treat, and scarfs his food down when he gets it. The pump has leaked oil over time and looks kinda gross and also doesn't function as well. After a couple of months, I started using capsules for the dog and now just use this now for the cats' kibble. They seem to really like it too, can't tell an improvement on their coats though as they were already very soft.

Messy and Not Well Liked
One of my cats refused to touch his food with this in it. The other tolerated it, but you could tell she wasn't thrilled. Then there was the mess - it got EVERYWHERE. I didn't even use the pump because I read the review, but this still managed to cause a mess every single time. I used it for quite awhile with the cat who would tolerate it, but didn't notice much of a difference, so I stopped. I didn't use it to the end because it started to smell off, so I tossed what was left. If this works for you and you don't mind the mess, keep it in the refrigerator. Wasn't worth it for me. Too bad because on paper, this is an excellent product.

Haven't Seen the Results Promised
I've been giving this to my cats for awhile, and I have not seen the results that is stated in the description. My male cat still scratches. Both of cats' fur is not any more silky or smooth. If anything, it's rougher. I'm still going to continue giving it them for a bit longer. I want to see if it makes any difference. If not, I won't be buying any more.In the seller's defense, he has written to me offering suggestions for it's use.The reason I gave it another star is because I have not had any problems with the application. As a matter of fact, two other caps were sent with it.

It WORKS
This WORKS for our kitty - her hairballs have reduced a bit, but more importantly, and the reason we use it - is that it's great for her kidneys. She went into kidney failure (KFD) and needed to start fluids. However, with the addition of this oil, her numbers have normalized! So great. She doesn't like the taste of it much, so we put it into little #3 capsules, and put them in a bag in the fridge. We give her 1 pill twice a day (with a piller) after her wet food (no dry food - BAD for animals kidneys!) Then we give her a little treat and it works.

like pollock oil
I've tried other sources of omegas for my cats, like pollock oil, but my 2 black short hairs didn't like any of them. Since they have pretty noticeable dandruff/dander I wanted to try another product, and was very happy to find this available. It has very low fishy odor, so it makes it easy to put on their morning wet food, even if it's chicken or beef flavored that would normally turn my cats off when mixed with a fish oil. I've had it for about a week or two and can already notice the improvement in the shininess of their coat and rapid decrease in visible skin flakes in their fur. They even feel smoother, which was surprising since I expected it to take 4-6 weeks for the effect. I'm very happy I came across this product and will definitely purchase it again once I run out.
