Use this all the time for my 2010 Winnebago view profile 24 DL which is based on a 2008 Dodge sprinter 3500 diesel dually. I've used it to diagnose problems so that I can repair and has saved me about $700 with just one use. Haven't used it on my other vehicles yet but plan to if needed.

These small little scan tools are the bomb! For DIYers and repair shops. Anybody can use these scanners! If you need to drive the vehicle to set readiness for emissions you can send a 2 year old to read this scanner! Press 1 button and see the ❌ turn into a green check mark ✅ . If there is a code it will tell you in the same screen. To get to the codes you have to press a couple of buttons but it’s super easy.

I am utterly abashed that this thing is being sold in 2024, with a USB Mini port. USB Micro has been in use since 2007 and USB-C since 2014, so to use something that became obsolete in 2007 is asinine. As a tech nerd this makes me immediately lose faith in the quality.Second, there is no internal battery or even a place to throw a 9V to power it. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to lug around a battery pack and jack around with another cable when the internals in this thing could easily fit a battery. Then I noticed it's using Android 4. Android 5 came out in November 2014. No thanks. I'll find something else.Immediate return.

Make sure you read this in the description: "MD808 Pro all systems' diagnostics scan tool can scan 1996 to 2017 all systems on various carmakers and brands"And, no the updated version doesn't add coverage beyond 2017. And, no the "lifetime updates" don't keep adding model years. I've had mine for quite a while and it still just supports the same model years.
