Manufacturing defect but Amazon helpless invoice not work for warranty
Manufacturing defect but Bajaj refused to serve because no serial number and warranty card.They are not accepting bill,Please do not buy even AMAZON not helping out…Seems online shoping is curse and Amazon will soon lose customers

Stopped working 3 weeks after purchase.
Three weeks after purchase, the iron stopped working. AMAZON DOES NOT SUPPORT ITS WARRANTY. So, I called Morphy Richards. (Turns out they are a Bajaj outfit.) They promised to send a technician in 2-3 days. Nobody has shown up yet.

Poor product and service.
The media could not be loaded. The telfon coating on the sole plate comes out as scratches in very few days of using the iron. Also when called the customer care they say its not involved in their warranty cant help it. Poor product and service.
