It's a great lipstick base!
Pharmagel Lip Recovery has definitely impressed me. From the first application, my lips felt softer, smoother, and deeply hydrated without feeling sticky or heavy. Moisturizes lips in dry climates
I love this lip balm. I live in a desert climate but it does such a great job with moisturizing my lips and keeping them hydrated throughout the day.
