Received in time and was just what I needed for the truck. Recommend it if you need to hold your seatbelt up off floor.

You don’t know how important this little button is until the original fails. They are not as simple to install as you would think but with the right tools it’s a piece of cake. Pliers are really a must to properly squeeze the two half’s together through the seatbelt material to get a proper lock. Note: After a couple of months one of the buttons released but I easily reinstalled it and locked it into place with a drop of super glue.

The seat belt button stopper is not a safety item, but rather a matter of convenience. It keeps the seat belt buckle from dropping to bottom and forcing the user to reach way down to bring it up. So imagine my disbelief when Toyota told me if I want to replace the broken button I needed to by a whole new seat belt for $400 - not including installation! Then I saw these little gems on Amazon for a little more than 1% of the cost of a new belt. Installation was easy. I pushed the male half through the hole left by the old button, and snapped on the female half. Voila! Hint: to make sure I snapped the two pieces together securely, I put a thin towel over the belt, covering both sides of the button and then used a pair of pliers to snap the buttons halves together. This whole thing took me less than one minute to complete. I plan to blow the $395 I saved on some needless expense…

Fit perfectly on my Nissan maxima seat belt. Does not fall off or become loose. Hold seat belt perfectly!!! Easy to install. Product is plastic.

The seatbelt tab stop on my jeep got caught in the door and broke. After that the seatbelt was hard to use. I was sure that Amazon had a replacement part for this problem, and they did. The Tab Stop was easy to install; just a put the pin through the seatbelt and click on the top. Great product for the price and I even have extras if it happens again.

I installed on my Chrysler 300 seat belt in the same place the OEM one fell off about a year ago. Installed ok, however you could tell that there really was no 'snap' once this button was pushed together, so I immediately had an inkling this wasn't going to last. And it didn't. I ended up using another one and put super-glue where it fit together (ie: the nipple), along with super glue on the actual seat belt strap where the plastic touched it. I am sure that now it will hold up better than what the original snap button did. The car is 15 years old so I am not too worried about the super glue hack.
