Quality Guitar and beautiful to match!
I was pleasantly surprised, I read a lot of reviews on this guitar, some good and some bad. I must say after receiving this guitar I was extremely surprised. It is beautifully made and well set up. I wasn’t expecting a lot because this particular model is one of the Washburn models actually made in China but it is very well sourced. Was looking to pick up a guitar than can sound similar to a Martin that I had about 10 years ago without dropping 3 grand, and I must say this ones pretty close. Seller was amazing as well, quick shipping, well packaged, and reasonably priced. Excellent value for the money, easy to play and beautifully styled. Extremely comfortable as well. Definitely earns the comfort series title.

Good guitar, but…
This Washburn is great, especially for the price! I have another Washburn that was more expensive, and this one is very similar. I was nervous about the shipping, but it came in great condition and quickly. My only issue was that there is false advertising in the pictures used. It DOES NOT come with a strap button on the neck. That is one of the things I look for when buying a guitar so that it is performance ready right out of the box, but now I have to do some maintenance. I’m also having trouble getting a strap on the bottom button/ output, and am thinking I have to buy a strap lock but have no clue what size.

I GOT A DEAL ON THIS ONE.... IT'S A BEAUTY AND SOUNDS GREAT..
I found this "scratched" guitar on special at $350.00!!! When I RECIEVED the guitar.... "WHERE'S THE DEFECT??? I FINALLY FOUND TWO UNNOTICEABLE SCUFF MARKS WHICH I PROMPTLY BUFFED OUT.... PERFECT... Reading the description I was expecting to strip and refinish the back!!!GREAT COMPANY...GREAT SOUND... STAYS IN TUNE!!!! I AM PERFECTLY SATISFIED... HAD I KNOWN... I WOULD HAVE PURCHASED MORE FOR RESALE...PLAYS GREAT... NEEDED A LITTLE ADJUSTMENT TO THE NECK TO BEND THE NECK SO STRINGS WERE MORE IN LINE WITH THE FRETBOARD. THE ORIGINAL STRINGS SOONWORE OUT... BUT NEW STRINGS... AND A LITTLE LOWERING (FILING OF THE GROVES) OF THE NECK STRING REST.BEAUTIFUL. EASY ON THE FINGERS!!! OH, YOU WILL LOVE THE COMFORT FEATURE HIGHLIGHTED IN THE LAST PHOTO!!!! ADDED A CUSTOM PICK GUARD, neck strap and nice soft case... FROM AMAZON... CHECK IT OUT!!!

Great Grand Auditorium guitar!!
I received this guitar expecting to get an average guitar that looked nice.To my surprise it sounds amazing and you can see and feel the quality of the guitar. The neck feels great for any kind of playing style. This is my first grand auditorium style guitar (I started with dreadnoughts then moved to grand concert style guitars to fit my personal preference) and I love the sound of it unplugged and plugged in with the fishman 301T.For the sake of writing my first review ever I will include the "not so great". Not a huge fan of the strings it came with (which it's not a big deal at all), and the tuner in the fishman unit its "ok" at best, but thats being overly picky (not to mention that the tuner is just a cherry on top of what you get out of the 301t) if you want 100% precision either trust your ears or get a better tuner.I definitely recommend this guitar to anyone.Hope this helps.

Made in China
Fret action is no different than a POS Fender, also made in China. Wiring harness is hanging in the center of the port, yielding an unattractive view. Tone is relatively good, but not what one would expect from a Washburn. I had a 12-string Washburn some 30-years ago that I sold to go to grad school - that I wish I had not done.

Awesome craftmanship..... great guitar
Performs like a MUCH more expensive guitar and i use to sell Taylors. The value this guitar delivers is massive. Its features are great like the satin neck finish and forearm bevel, great electronics and has the best intonation of any acoustic ive ever owned. It does need a thorough set up which involved shaving the bridge insert and adjusting the neck quite a bit but It now is as flat as can be with action rivaling some electrics. Still using the stock strings which are a little heavier than is my preference so ill adjust it again when i change the gauge which is typical. Couldnt be happier
