I use this on airline flights to hang my water bottle from the literature pocket on the seat in front of me. My water bottle dos not fit well into the pocket when I have other items in there like my tablet and I don't like having to reach under the seat in front of me to get it. I can easily take the bottle off when the person next to me wants to get up or someone needs to get into the seats next to mine, Also have hung the bottle off my backpack strap as I am exiting the plane and it stays on pretty securely. Attendants have not questioned this hanging off the seat and never make me remove it when they check for take off or landing.

Great for a pickleball bag/backpack when I want to hang from a fence. The lack of a gate on one end of the S makes it more convenient to quickly hang and remove while the other side assures the S-Biner stays attached to my bag without issue.

I bought this specifically to hang a backpack off a stack of milk crates. But I actually use it on the road a lot - to hang a small backpack off a cup holder at the cinema, so my bag doesn't have to sit on the sticky floor. I sometimes give it to my wife, so she can hang her purse on something in a public restroom rather than sit on the dirty floor. It's way more useful than I thought it'd be!

I use it on the front of my backpack to hold grocery bags or anything I need out of my hands for a moment. It works perfectly.
