I use this almost every day! Living in FL I wanted a countertop convection oven so I wouldn't have to heat up the house with my regular oven. I've used all but the dehydrator and rotisserie features so far (it's a challenge to find a smallish (3-4#) chicken for the rotisserie). There's a bit of a learning curve but well worth it. I wish there was a cookbook written specifically for this Instant Omni Plus oven!

I’m absolutely loving this machine. The air fryer feature works great. The controls are also very user friendly and it fits well on my counter top. I’m giving it 4 stars for one super annoying flaw - the beeping! It’s excessive and very loud. It beeps with every little button I push and also while I turn the knob to change temp, time, etc. The beeping is so loud that my dog whines if he’s anywhere near the kitchen. I really wish there was a setting to just turn it off. Otherwise, great oven.

I was Skeptical . Ended up loving this thing! Easy to use, doesnt leave a gross smell like our last air fryer did. I would recommend. We use it for everything.

I would recommend this to everyone. I think I have barely used the oven since we got this thing. Chicken thighs are the only thing that sometimes gives me trouble because it causes smoke and tons of grease. So easy to clean. Our oven takes so long to heat up that this thing is halfway done by the time I would even put it in the oven. Food is always great. We got a magnetic cheat sheet to put on top for time and temp.

I've had this for 2 years now and it's going strong. It's easy to clean, easy to use. I use it all the time. The only function I don't particularly use is the rotisserie, it works fine from when I tried it but you can only rotisserie very small chickens, so I didn't think it was worth it. I use this for dinner, snacks, pretty much everything. It does run hot, so be careful so you won't burn food. Lately, I've been using the dehydrator a lot to make jerky for my dogs. I've never used a dedicated dehydrator, so I can't compare, but I'm pretty pleased with this one. The only issue is that you don't get enough racks to do a big batch and after contacting Instant Pot, they don't sell any either. I looked online for hours trying to find some that would work, but none fit. I ended up settling on some small cooling racks that I space out with aluminum foil balls (see picture of my set-up)- now I can dehydrate much larger batches of jerky and I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself.
