Base arrived with a missing filler plug. Reached out to company and couldn't ask for a better response. Plug was sent out to me within a week or two. The base is nice. Does not take up much room under patio table. We filled with water and it has substantial weight. Overall very happy with purchase and support.

Small little plastic base you fill with water to hold a small umbrella. Using it with a Bistro table so it fits perfectly between the legs and holds the 6' umbrella. (Probably will not work well with umbrellas over 6' diameter)

Bought these to be the two ends of a balloon arch. Worked great for that! Probably not sturdy enough for a large heavy umbrella.

I needed a smaller umbrella stand for my bistro table which has scrolled legs. The stand had to fit between the legs and this does perfectly. The pretty design on it also compliments the design on my table. This is good quality plastic and umbrella pole fits nicely without moving around inside.

I bought this in hopes that I could use it with another umbrella I purchased with a pole width of 1 1/4" inch. When both arrived, the ONE screw (HUGE design flaw) would not stably hold the too small pole in the center. So I went out and purchased ANOTHER umbrella with a 1 1/12 inch pole (the size they claim the stand will hold max) but it was still too small for the hole and now with the bigger pole comes a bigger umbrella. Sooooo the tiny little stand will NOT hold up the umbrella at all AND the ONE screw on ONE side still holds it in a lopsided position.Now on to customer service....I started a return on Amazon and got instructions to send back right away from Amazon. AFTER I packed it up (an hour later) the company reaches out and says to not send it back yet. They want pictures and video before they send their return instructions. I tell them the whole frustrating story and ask them to please not hold up this already miserable and expensive experience anymore. I ask them to send me the return info. The next day I get an email asking again for photos BUT if I still want to return (of course I do) here are the instructions to return. HOWEVER, NO RETURN WILL BE ISSUED IF IT IS NOT IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. We'll isn't that convenient for them?? Of course it's not in original packaging, I wasted a week a half buying two umbrellas and testing their faulty product but left the item in its original packaging. So I'm trying to spare you the next suckered to think maybe I will be different from this poorly built product sold by a company who does not stand by their poorly built product. It was nice and I loved that it was white, as soon as I put my umbrella in it, it could not support it correctly. The umbrella kept wobbling until it fell and broke. Not worth buying.

I needed an inexpensive umbrella base that would fit with my table. My patio set is white and it matches perfectly. My umbrella pole is on the narrow size and this fit perfectly plus I had more room if it was wider, there’s a screw on the side to help keep my pole in place. I like that it is plastic so it won’t rust. I filled the bottom with water and it hasn’t moved even w a lot of wind.

I like the design, the color, and easy to setup. The only thing is that once I finished filling it up with water, the cap does not goes back on easily. But after I forced it back in, then it's ok. So far, the base is holding the umbrella up very well (see pic), no issues even during breezier times. It definitely helps to use this base with a table that has an umbrella hole.

El diseño me gustó mucho sin embargo no quedó bien para la sombrilla que tengo a pesar de haberme fijado bien en los diámetros entes de adquirirlo.Le tengo que poner una tablilla de madera para rellenar el espacio que sobra pero con el paso de las horas acaba inclinada la sombrilla 😔
