Very good pain relief but not sticky enough and after moving knee for somewhere comes unstuck.

Tried all sorts of pain relief but these seem to work after a couple of days if wearing the pain seems to have decreased.

The adhesions easily removed in a couple of hours but it's really good

So, so disappointed with these plasters. I looked long and hard to pluck up the right ones to pick. .Could not get them to stick for any length of time and I got very little relief from the pain. I wouldn't buy these plasters again. used 2 and I am now left with about 10. Waste of money for people who don't have it to waste.

This is only my results after less than a hour fell off did get warm but not pain relief

Always have pain in my knees especially after playing football. Using these patches has made a remarkable difference. Will buying more.

Big patch sticks well, within hlf hour felt like my skin was on fire had to remove it no good for me
