Vibrant Health, Metabolic Vibrance, Natural Metabolism Support, 90 Capsules (FFP)

I took this product because as I get older and less active I felt I needed a boost to my metabolism. Spoke to clerk at vitamin shop and he reccomended these. Took 1 or 2 a day for a while with no noticeable results. Spoke to mfg. as to any interactions with other suppliments I take and she told me I should be taking 2 in the morning with food and one in the evening. (I was being thrifty) Over the course of one year without any major changes to my diet I lost 20 pounds and my endurance has increased. Hope this helps as this was just my experience.

Starting emotional eating after loss of someone close to me. Poor diet led to eating lots of sweet food. Went from healthy eating to craving sugar after lunch and dinner. Eventually started craving sugar after breakfast. Desperately took a trip to my local health food store. Was skeptical about the weight loss labeling and was not interested in a weight loss pill. Only wanted to get rid of the sugar cravings. The store owner said that this would stop the sugar cravings, and asked me to ignore the 'weight loss' labeling. Eight days into taking as directed, I realized that I had not craved sugar. So much so, that I did not eat any desserts during Christmas dinner. No willpower needed. Not interested, no cravings. I took the product for 3 months and stopped. Have not taken Metabolic Vibrance for about 7 months and still no sugar cravings. Recommended these to a few friends who have also experienced positive results.

I just love this stuff. Helps me keep my blood sugar regular and takes away the urge to eat all the time!!!Also, this company really cares about it's ingredients, if they can't have an ingredient they just don't make it,No subscriptions!!!

I take this along with my probiotics twice a day. I have been going through some hormone issues and this product helps me digest food better than my probiotic alone.

I purchased these capsules upon a T2 diagnosis and informed my Dr I would be taking these along with the metformin that I was prescribed. I am a prior Vibrant Health customer and have been using their Green Vibrance blend off and on for quite some time. When I was diagnosed 2 months ago, my A1C was an out-of-control 8.1. Obviously, that was enough to scare me straight. I completely changed many things in my life that very day. I quit smoking. I quit drinking, save for a glass of wine or two, once a week.I take 3 capsules of Glycemic H twice a day after meals. I also exercise 45-60 minutes, 5 days a week. I have cut out all white flour pastas (which was my weakness) and have completely revamped my diet to include mostly proteins and green vegetables (a diet which typically contains fewer than 120 carbs per day). After 30 days my next blood test revealed my A1C dropped to a 5.8. My evaluation is that even though the capsules have been a great help to bring my blood-sugar levels to a more normal range, they are by no means a "Silver Bullet". In order to achieve successful results, diet and exercise will always be the most important components. However, I will continue to use Glycemic H capsules, as I believe they provide a great added boost to properly helping to regulate my immune system, and thus, my blood-sugar levels. I say "immune system" because many doctors and naturopaths now believe the root cause of not just Type 1, but also Type 2 diabetes can be traced to an autoimmune disease. For what it's worth, they also offer a powder version of this product,which I do not recommend as the taste is simply unbearable for me.

got this for my diabetic Mom. she started noticing a difference within a few days. she's been able to reduce her night insulin by 20 units!! her doc is impressed!I use several Vibrant Health products and this one tops my list along with Green Vibrance and Rainbow Vibrance.
