I encourage people to eat whole forms of soy, and this is a great snack option. I personally prefer the plain variety to the flavored.

Delicious and scrumptious no doubt, but why do you need to throw in the additive "yeast extract"? For those who don't know, it's not straight MSG, but has glutamates (a lower level than MSG) and is a known flavor enhancer with addictive qualities. Very disappointed that companies that claim to make natural and healthy food (I"m also talking to you, Back to Nature cheese crackers!) are putting unnecessary flavor enhancers like yeast extract in their products, hoping no one will notice or making it sound healthy by calling it "all natural". This would be an amazing snack for myself and my kids, I don't feel great feeding my kids yeast extract (which is also high in sodium btw). These would be completely delicious even without that junk!

I've been ordering these for a few years and usually they're fantastic. Crunchy, well-seasoned snacks that are healthy and easy to travel with. The last couple of times I've ordered there have been issues though, and I won't be ordering more of these.Two orders ago, Amazon sent 1 packet instead of a box of packets. I won't ding the product for that though, and Amazon gets high marks for processing my issue satisfactorily.The most recent order, for which I'm giving the product a 1-star review, is because multiple packets arrived with chewy, partially-baked / partially-freeze dried edamame that was an unpleasant combination of chewy and tough (if I had fillings I would've been worried about them coming loose), and furthermore there was no seasoning to speak of. Very different from past orders. And the expiration date was in 2019, so it wasn't an issue with Amazon selling an expired product.It felt like I was chewing on tasteless plastic.Until the manufacturer can resolve quality issues, I wouldn't recommend you order these.

Great tasting but, seriously, why use safflower oil when there are better and healthier oils available. Olive, Avocado or coconut.

Full of flavor and very satisfying. I’m a huge fan of these snacks! The bags were disappointingly small but I was pleasantly surprised that they’re filling and satisfying

I love the freeze dried aspect of this snack. The onion & chive flavor was just right and not overpowering. I did notice a few bags tasted expired but their expiration date hadn't been met. I still feel like this snack deserves 5 stars because of how delicious the fresh bags are.

It tastes pretty good for roasted edamame, but I won't be craving it. They're awfully proud of their product based on the price.

I really like these snacks. They are lightly flavored, have limited ingredients and have helped me lose a lot of weight.The snack size isn't huge, but not bad, and for around a hundred calories and some good fiber,these are recommended.I will be reordering.
