Deals with neck pain which both me and my husband have had for years. We have spent hundreds of pounds on different pillows in the past to no avail. Only used for 1 night so far but best pillows we have every bought so far. Slight smell but soon dissipates after 24 hours. A bit expensive on initial outlay but well worth it.
