I wish I could play golf better
Have used this range finder a few times now, with the help from my friends. we found this range finder to be very comfortable in the hand with a great viewing area. Instructions were a little small to read so found and added a picture to help others. we didn't realise that you had to switch on then hold down the power button to operate the range finder. The down side for us was the battery, cheap none branded unit, why couldn't it be a rechargeable? So our verdict is, great range finder with slope compensation (we need to practise golf swings more) not the best value item due to the battery and super small instructions.

Awful. Avoid.
Second one sent back today. First one received had no battery power. The replacement had all sorts of issues. Zoom function didn’t work. Display shown back to front so word slope for example spelt epols! Yardages inaccurate too. Used for the first time after Xmas and said battery was also low. This is not a good product so avoid and for £211 is not cheap either!

Kinda pricey
I'm assuming this is expensive because of the OLED display and, let's make no bones about it, the display is very clear. The eyepiece is large too and you can genuinely see more than you would with other rangefinders. It's very accurate and accounts for slope angles very quickly. Locks onto golf flags and vibrates a little when it has done so. There's no doubt that you'll choose the right club with this rangefinder as longs as you are honest with yourself about how far you can hit the ball.Is so easy to transport around the course. Fits into your pocket easily and is lightweight. Unlike many rangefinders you'll barely notice its there. Has a range of about 300 yards so is perfect for all amateur golfers. Thr battery is not great and is the reason why this rangefinder loses a star. For this price surely they could find something better than a hamster in a wheel to power it.

Good tool for serious golfers
I think this tool is best suited to more serious golfers. Essentially, it's sort of like a pair of binoculars that displays on the screen the distance of objects that you lock onto.Unlike binoculars, you place just a single eye to the black rimmed eyepiece. This eyepiece displays what's in front of you with six times magnification.Using the buttons, you are able to display a little crosshair that will show the distance in yards/meters to what it locks on to. You are even able to have it account for gradients. In the vast majority of cases you are going to lock onto the flag, but you can also use it to measure the distance you sent the ball. The display is very clear and you are able to easily adjust the brightness and, therefore, visibility of the measurements. The red contrasts well with the green. The device really does help you think about how hard you should be hitting the ball and better judge distance. I think this could, overtime, lead to a much-improved game. The build quality of the device seems very good. Everything feels robust and strong - you get a nice case to store it in too. My only complaint would be that the battery that came with the device was flat on arrival and so I had to go out and buy a new one to test it. Pretty minor complaint though...Overall, this is a really good device that I feel will improve my golf game over the coming months by helping me better judge distance and adjust how hard I strike the ball based on this.

This is very neat, easy to use and accurate… at £250 this seems way over priced!
£250 at time of reviewComes with a nice hard case, cleaning cloth and instruction manual. It’s very easy to use, just point, press the button et voila the distance is displayed clearly on screen. The optics are very good, nice and bright, the magnification is great, and it lets in plenty of light so it’s very clear. It’s been overcast since I received this, yet it still looks good, plus according to the manual it’s even more accurate on overcast days as there’s less sunlight for the pulses to fight against. Over all I think this is very neat, easy to use and accurate, only thing is the price, at £250 this seems way over priced!Hope my review was helpful

Small and lightweight and well made
Golf RangefinderComes packaged with CR2 battery, manual, cleaning cloth and case. Vey lightweight at ~150g and easily fits in your pocket.Includes 6* magnification and you can adjust the brightness of the on-screen display. As it has a single eyepiece you need to proficient at closing one eye, something I struggle with.Worth considering, though price on review (£250) seems excessive versus other products
