Overall it is very good. It is made out of sturdy metal, and the iPad clamp is also metal. It is easily adjustable for height, and rotation on two axes. It firmly holds phones, and iPads with no problems.The part that the iPad clamp attaches to is easily bent, and not hard to bend back into shape. I noticed this when we were using it in "document camera" mode, and the edges of the paper wouldn't line up (they were converging as they do when a camera is at an angle). It would be nice if this was a bit more robust, but I understand that it is really inexpensive for the overall quality. This is a minor problem.The second minor problem is that the height adjustment is fairly loose. It was easy to make a shim out of tag board to take up the space without interfering with the adjustability. This seems like it would be easy to remedy without too much hassle.
