Akua Intaglio Water-Based Ink, 2-Ounce Jar, Metallic Silver

Pretty disappointed. The cap was loosely on but the foil underneath was already opened and we could have had a mess. Figured it was still fine so I tried using it only to realize that it was like semi-dried out paste which is tough to smooth into a plate and then get off. That didn't go well. It must have dried out from the seal being open.Also the color after printing is more like Burnt Sienna, still pretty but not what I needed. Again this could be due to the fact it is so dried out.

I like to do monotypes and these are superb as they are slow drying acrylic based pigments. they don't dry up quickly like acrylic paint allowing time to work them for an extended amount of time. they stay fluid so i can keep working on them until im ready to transfer the worked art to paper.

Works well, seems like great quality. Washes off my hands and tools with soap and water - but definitely messy if you aren’t careful. Seems like really quality printing ink

Good ink/paint with rich color. its really good for monotype art because it dry's very slowly. it gives you time to make marks while it stays wet and workable. much better than acrylics for printmaking art.

The 2 oz burnt umber came with an unusual looking label and no color cider color name. I cannot match this label format to any image for the product. Was this counterfeit?

I purchased Akua Ink for the first time and it turned out to be a total nightmare. The first bottle arrived with loosen lid, 1/2 bottle of ink leaked out, staining all other products inside the same package. I then requested a replacement. What could not believe is that the replacement came in the exact condition as the first one : lid loosen and ink leaking.

This product is easy to use and clean up. Great for at home use. Company was very fast in shipping the order and well packed.

Super ink for etching and carborundum work - perhaps best made. Wipes off plates easily. Goes further than you think.

The inks are no doubt good. Akua intaglio inks are so user-friendly. Being water soluble, they wash off rollers and surfaces very easily. But I would definitely not buy again from this seller. Delivery was extremely delayed, which may have been and when the package arrived, the container was squashed and the ink had leaked all over into the inside of the packaging.
