This is listed as promoting arterial health and supporting healthy circulation, and that is displayed prominently on the label on the front of the plastic bottle. I have gotten interested in Vitamin K2 as MK-7 recently as a possibly protective agent versus osteoporosis; although I can’t make any real health claims for that, nor does this supplement, this is just why my wife and I use this and similar products for ourselves. As always for any supplement, anyone contemplating use of the supplement should do their own research and discuss with their doctor or health care provider before taking. This supplement does not contain MK-4; my personal preference is to take supplements that contain both, but this isn’t a negative, some people don’t want both and the ingredients are clearly stated. This does contain both green coffee extract and green tea extract, but the caffeine content isn’t stated. I find that disappointing for a supplement promoting arterial and circulation health. If there isn’t any caffeine, a supplement with tea and coffee should state that there is no caffeine. Since most tea and coffee extracts do have some caffeine, the supplement should clearly state how much, particularly if it is advertised for arterial and circulation support since this would understandably be attractive to anyone worried about cardiovascular conditions, and caffeine can temporarily raise both heart rate and blood pressure. Vitamin D and Turmeric are included, 2000 iu of Vitamin D, so days that I take this, I don’t need an extra Vitamin D supplement. I also find this supplement, at the currently listed price of almost a dollar a day, to be expensive. I find that there are more economical alternatives available at a similar price. Overall I do think this is a pretty good supplement for what it is, I can take it on an empty stomach with no gastrointestinal side effects, and for persons interested in MK-7, in good health, not caffeine sensitive, and not minding paying a little extra, this could be just what they’re looking for. For me, I’ll probably go with other alternatives when I finish this bottle.
