Very sturdy and is just a little bit taller to get those hard places. The top bar is especially nice to lean against. Light enough to pick up and move.

This ladder is just right without being too little or too big, is lightweight and easy to open and close, is safe.

Love this ladder! Comes in so handy to use in the kitchen or linen closet to reach high shelves, good for putting up pictures, and safe for my granddaughter to use with big steps. Good for me also, since I'm getting old. I'm not afraid to climb it. Great to have when you need to clean the walls, or take outside to reach the vent duct for the dryer to unclog it. Birds like to make nest there. Oh, and I don't want to forget that the shelf works great to place a heavy bucket of cleaning water on, or to place small nails and a hammer, so you don't have to go up and down the ladder.

Very sturdy build design, only one star taken because for me it's difficult to reopen after closing it. Could be seen as a good thing though, as it's not going to easily fall back open once stored. I'm 5'1" so having this helps me be able to clean higher areas, I painted my room while using it, and changing light bulbs is so easy. Definitely the size, height wise, was great for me to have.It does lock down tight when open, so that's a great safety feature, you know it's not going to collapse.

I just moved into an apartment that has higher ceilings. I immediately realized that my regular kitchen stool was not going to do the trick. This is sturdy and light enough for me to easily move it. It went together very easily. I feel stable on it, and especially like the handle at the top in case I start to feel a little uncertain or wobbly. I can now reach everything I need to reach. I would definitely recommend this and I thought the price was right.

Very handy and easy to use. It folds/unfolds easily and feels pretty stable and solid. I got it for myself as I'm 5'1'', but my 6'1" husband really likes it too, which means I can't always find it when I want it.

I love this ladder! I feel very secure on it and it is easy to move to desired location. It stores very flat and doesn't take up much room. I bought it to do a painting project. It has been a great purchase and I have also been using it to help with spring cleaning such as dusting ceiling fan blades and washing chandeliers.

I purchased this ladder at a discount. It turned out to be a good investment. I really like the extra step since my other ladder has one less step. It is also sturdy. I didn't realize how much I needed the extra step until this ladder. As a 5'6" woman, I don't have the reach that a taller person would have. The slots on the ladder make it easier to store tools that you would otherwise have to get down to pick up or place.
