My wife and I had tried acupuncture a few times, mainly for my chronic back pain. I only felt relief on my first visit and it became a pricey "experiment" so we decided to get these. They do seem to be of high quality and the kit comes with everything you need to get started, minus a decent booklet with diagrams that can actually be read. I have yet to have the time to look online to see if there is a better one that can be printed.That being said, I do feel they release some of the pressure of my back pain and the tension I have in my shoulders and it is way less expensive than going to see if acupuncture works.

My wife and I were involved in a car accident a few months back. The chiropractor was a waste of money and time. Despite being adjusted we still felt chronic pain. We saw a physical therapist who performed cupping and scraping therapy in addition to massage and stretching. This changed our lives. It improved our health, physical and mental, tremendously. We decided to buy this set to try it out for ourselves. This set is amazing. It’s on par with his $400 set and does A phenomenal job. Watch some videos or read the included instructional booklet to get an idea on where to place the cups for treatment. Basic anatomy knowledge helps as well. It’s super easy to use which is great. The set also includes a very nice scraper and some cool magnetic needles to be used with the cupping therapy. This is an amazing set and tool for maintaining and restoring your bodies equilibrium. We highly recommend this to anyone looking for some solution to chronic pain!

Updating my review over a year later -- at first I wrote "The plugs in the cups have fallen out of half of them with only my 2nd time using the kit. Disappointing."But they've lasted now over a year with occasional use. The suction probably isn't the best, but it's not bad. It does seem to help temporarily with muscle tension. This seems like a good choice for the price.

For the price I was expecting a much flimsier set, but this one has been great so far (couple weeks of extensive usage). I really like the curved cups, since my unusual health issues require me to do neck, shoulders, etc. I wish there were more of the curved ones. I use them much more than the others, especially the biggest ones, which are hard to find a use for since I'm a small dude.Edit: was able to buy more curved cups; great customer service. I bought another set for my parents.Good product, good instructions, good customer followup. You guys are literally saving my life here, so thank you.

As an active duty Ranger we are not allowed to take other forms of medication and don’t get a lot of time to see the doctors while overseas. The Army Doc’s /Navy Corpsmen tell us to change our socks, take an 800mg ibuprofen and drink lots of water lol. If you served you have heard that before haha!!! what I’m saying is in country we don’t get a lot of time to focus on ourselves! We are focused on the mission and our Brothers to the right and left of us! So I can tell you this is worth the purchase, especially if you push your body through some extreme pain or simply perfect for training for a: Marathon, triathlon, or just a rough day after the gym this is one tool for your toolbox you’re going to need! Some of the other brands may look more appealing however (CARE ME’s) product is a lot more powerful and you can really get into the muscles or past some stubborn fat that below is causing you some extreme pain. This Care Me Cupping is going to get you back outdoors, let you work out harder, and skip some of those Doctor appt that can only will give you some pill that will give you temporary relief and cause you more money on the back end. So make the purchase I promise you will not regret it!

These are fine for occasional home use. They're made of plastic and the pieces aren't amazing quality. The suction isn't what I would get at the acupuncturist, but it does have enough suction to feel some pain relief. The cups also lose the suction fairly easily so I can usually only do 1-2 at once.

I wanted to start cupping therapy and was a little unsure about quality/price/type of cups to use. There is a wonderful variety of cup sizes included with the kit and they are made with a very sturdy plastic. The larger cups all have a flat base, making it easy to keep the cups on the skin. The smaller two sizes have one each of the flat base and curved base. I have a very hard time keeping the curved based cups on the body and wish that they were flat. That is my only complaint. Otherwise, the set is nice. The instructions booklet was a little tacky as it looked like it was printed at home, but, it was clear and full of tips. I'd definitely recommend this to others, especially for the price!
