Sharp GJ221-U LCD 4K TV Remote Control

The same remote that shipped with my 5-6 year old Sharp TV, worked perfectly after installing the battery.

My son lost our original one for our TV so we bought this as our backup. Works great and very sturdy. I was glad to find it after not being able to find it in stores.

First, it came without a battery and no instructions. It is well known how difficult it is to install a battery, which is only $1.00! I had to find someone to help me, and then was able to call up Netflix, but nothing more. I had to use my old remote to exit. I am sending it back. It is very cheaply made and obviously wasn't programmed to work. I don't know how to do that, so it is useless to me.

Everything was fantastic, it was delivered when they said it would. It was in very good condition. It worked right away and absolutely no hassles.

Vendor provided the product on-time, well packaged, and in fine condition! I had no problem with the refurbished product.I had to deduct two stars due to the design. The problem I had was with replacing the battery. I watched YouTube videos and still could not figure out how to open the battery compartment without damaging the remote. Unreal. This design had to fade away with BetaMax...

Its taken me a long time to go ahead and buy this replacement for my TV because I was skeptical but now I wonder why I wanted so long. This remote works perfectly for my TV. It looks and feels like the original, which my dog chewed up. There is a bit of a lag and I have to really find the sweet spot to aim to but it beats getting up and down constantly.

So far, a few weeks in, and it's working just fine. I looked up on YouTube how to connect the remote to my TV and it was fairly simple. I dont consider myself tech savvy but I was able to follow the directions and get it to work.
