The product does what it says. I'm an intermediate lifter and this was my first pre workout supplement.Took half scoop at first day.Firstly the experience was amazing. Normally i feel tiredaround the last batch of exercises.Having this prr workout not only made me complete the full workout, I also increased the weight of the plates.And cherry on top, i was so much bursting with energy, Ieven did cardio for 20 mins.It's absolutely amazing.
