Works for me
I have a Milwaukee 18v string trimmer. Fits shaft a little loose but I found this to be a good thing to be able to tilt the trimmer. A little time needed to learn best way to use, but after a little experimenting I'm liking it.

Cheap and not worth it
Everything about this item sucks. I put it all together so I can't return it. Cheap, wrong diameter, wheels are stronger on kids toys. Even the angle is bad so your trimmer won't operate at the correct angle. Just a bad purchase.

Not sure It'll be a winner in my Yard.
I really had high hopes for the tool and the idea behind it. It is a simple idea that in theory makes sense. Keep the trimmer at a set height and let the wheels take over most of the work. Getting it on the shaft of the gas trimmer, (mine is a Echo) is really not difficult at all. Tightening it at a generally desired height that will work for you and your yard might be a difficult task though. I found that it works for a short time then the Allen screw does not remain tightened very long, and the whole thing becomes loose and moves up and down the shaft of the trimmer, thus rendering the wheelbase useless for what I need. I will look into adding a filler sleeve to the device to see if it'll provide what I need to hard-tighten the device to the trimmer.

Adjustments
Got it quickly. Had no problem with assembly but I can see that some people may have trouble with the screws they used. You will need a special hex wrench, fortunately I had a good set of ratchet tools with several hex tips & had one that fit. This made it easy to adjust. Otherwise I would have had to use a pair of pliers. Once I had the wheels installed I had to loosen the center post to get the thing in a straight lineup with the weed-eater post. other wise the thing would want to take you in a circle pattern. In using it I had no problems with the wheels though they are plastic. I only just stared using it so I don't know how long they will last.Overall I am very happy with it & it was a pleasure not to have aching back & arm pain at the end of the day.

Works as described, very helpful for areas I cannot take my riding mower.
This set of wheels for my trimmer really saved my arms and shoulders today and helped me get a stump-ridden area looking nice like the rest of the lawn. One tip when installing it, to get more bite on your trimmer pole put something compressive like a thin sliver of wood, otherwise, it will be hard to get it tight enough to not slip around. A small thin rubber gasket might also work.

Pretty weak
First time I used it, the thin metal bowed, gonna have to weld in gussets to add the support it should have had to begin with.

Making the weedeater easier to use
I have a hard time holding my equipment. I think this is going to help.

Will not work with some weed eaters
Construction is sound, though you will need to wrap a couple loops of grip tape around the neck of your trimmer so the device doesn't slip/slide during use. That said, the device will possibly be too low for your weed eater, and installing it any higher will be *too* high to be effective. Also heavy and unwieldy for use for any trimming around corners or edges.
