Perfect little photocell for extra low voltage lights
Purchased for an LED garden light. I was given a lovely LED garden light which was powered by a 12 volt adaptor plug but lacked an automatic timer and being outdoors I didn't want a large box to hide a timer in or the expense of a timer external socket. This photocell was the perfect solution. I install the cell in a small cheap waterproof box and connected the 12V lead into the photocell cables with a terminal block and now have reliable and simple dusk to dawn operation.
