Initial impression is great
UPDATE 3/22/17Everything I wrote below still holds true for me. I continue to think the design is very nice, having owned the set now for about 2 months I found them very comfortable and the sound quality continued to meet my expectations. I also had an opportunity to make and receive hundreds of calls in both ideal and less than ideal (riding a vespa at 50mph) conditions and call quality was excellent.A couple of additional thoughts after ownership for a while include:1. The comply tips are really really nice. They come with the set but aren't installed by default. Crazy comfortable and great at isolating noise... allow you to listen at lower volume while hearing more.2. This is NOT a criticism of this set but of the category as a whole of the "necklace style" sets... they can be a pain in the rear in situations where you're doing exercises that bring your head down towards the ground behind you (decline bench press, decline bench abs etc). I made myself a little velcro thing that let me "close the loop" which solved the problem but yeah they can be a pain in that situation, falling off your neck and out of your ears3. Battery life is excellent... I used these A LOT, charged them daily, never ran out of juice. Very nice to see the juice indicator on my phone. Now I have to say that after about two months of daily use The set started having an odd issue where it would turn off by itself and/or the power switch would be uber-sensitive to touch on that side of the set... so I'd go raise the volume and the set would turn off. I lived with this for maybe 10 days and then one time it just refused to turn back on, spoiling my walk. Went back home, put them to charge and they went back to working. I contacted support about the issue... set seemed to work for a day, then did the same thing again.Which leads us to why I'm not changing the star rating on the set.Support was VERY responsive (one day to get back to me is fast in my book for a small company), they indicated the 930 is out of stock and gave me options to try a different product in their lineup. I put some thought into it and chose to try the 750 which hopefully doesn't stick out significantly more out of my ears (therefore allowing comfortable in-helmet use). I will post a review of those once I receive them.Assuming the problem I experienced with my set is a one-time thing I would continue to recommend the headset, as of right now I'd certainly recommend the company. Kudos for the customer service experience.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I will update the review to account for experience through time but here's my initialImpression after a day of ownership. From a craftsmanship standpoint they're about what I expected at the price point. They are more comfortable than I expected and than other pairs I tried. Buttons are easy to operate if visually unsophisticated. But again for the price they're on target. So far I have no negatives to report. I'm wearing the bracelet that oddly came with them though I have zero reason to believe it does anything LOL.Now to the positives, and they're GREAT positives.1. The headset is Siri friendly. Hold down the call button for a second younhrar a faint beep from the headset followed by Siri's familiar beep. You'd think EVERY headset does this and you'd be wrong.2. In terms of sound quality and call quality the sound quality while not as good as my wired headphones SIGNIFICANTLY exceeded my expectations. Now to be clear I bought these primarily to have convenient headphones while riding my Vespa or for listening to podcasts on walks or music while longboarding... I usually only have one earpiece in for safety so I was not expecting audiophile quality but voice quality for podcasts is great and I've ejoney listening to popular hits... again I notice a somewhat muddier sound than my wired set but it's PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE for me.Can't comment on call quality I'm not terribly concerned about that to be honest3. Biggest plus... these headphones are able to be CRAZY LOUD. They are SIGNIFICANTLY louder than any wired headphones I own and I own several. Every other BT speaker/headset I own seems to take over the iphone's volume control so you raise and lower the volume on the headset it changes the volume on the phone. Not this one. I had the phone volume on medium and was listening to music with the headset on max and was satisfied with performance that seemed to exceed my wired set. Then I realized the phone's volume was on medium. I increased it and was like WOWZERS!!!! About the same experience as being in a club. No joke. I almost want to think this is a bug. If so DONT FIX IT. Of course I won't listen at that level but it's nice to know there's that kind of boost on tap for a quietish song or podcast. If these hold up they will undoubtedly be one of my favorite tech purchases.

The only earbuds I have liked that have decent sound
This product is exactly what I was looking for. In general, I will only wear over-ear and on-ear headphones because earbuds usually hurt my ears after a short period of use or they fall out and don't fit in properly. The only earbuds (before these) that I have liked that have decent sound, fit well, and are comfortable came with my Samsung Note 4...but are wired: Samsung OEM Wired 3.5mm Headset for Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge (Bulk Packaging - White) I was leery about buying these, as I had never heard of Phaiser before I purchased these...but after reading reviews online, seeing they came with Comply foam tips, and wanting something inexpensive, I swung for these. The Good:1. Phaiser cares about their customers. I used their in-box pamphlet to register the product/sign up for their VIP program, and received a personalized email note from the founder, Martin Frischknecht. Not only is this email a very nice service touch; it is able to be replied to, going directly to the founder if you have any questions. (Not some random box somewhere.)2. The construction, while light, is solid. There is a good variety of tips (3x silicone sets in varying sizes, 1x Comply foam tip set), the controls "click" nicely, and are intuitive.3. Voice control is available and works very nicely (I have a Note 4, so I used S Voice to control my phone).4. You can pair to two devices at once (i.e. laptop + phone...media on laptop, calls on phone, etc.) without a problem.5. Magnets to hold earbuds are strong enough to hold when not in use, and the cable length is long enough to wrap around the back of my ear.6. The sound is phenomenal. The highs are high, the lows are low, and the midrange is very tolerable. There are 3 EQ settings built into the headset (normal, bass, treble), normal sounds much better than my Samsung earbuds and rival the clarity and bass response of many over/on-ear headphones. The bass is "too" bass-filled for me, and reminds me of Beats earbuds, drowning out much of the midrange, using the high-end to try to balance. The treble setting sounds great for spoken word/classical/phone calls.7. The noise cancellation is wonderful...on both ends. Putting in well-fitting tips reduces the noise around you to almost nothing (I would not recommend keeping both earbuds in while driving) even with the sound off. Talking using the headset to other people, they claim that they could not hear the noise of my car, or even a busy shopping center/grocery store when walking around...but I sounded crystal clear. The Not so Good:1. The construction is VERY light. I would not use these heavily or mistreat them...if you're hard on your products, I wouldn't suggest these. The cable to hold the earbuds is approximately half the thickness of my Samsung earbuds (after the split), and the neckband is a rubbery silicone sleeve over a wire. I purchased these to drown out office noise working a desk job, so this is not an important "con" for me...2. Without wrapping the cable around behind my ear, it sticks out kind of funky, no matter the positioning of the clips. Unlike the LG Tone Ultra (or higher), they don't retract into the headset.Note: I have purchased these of my own will, I am not paid/reimbursed for my review...although I did sign up for their VIP program to further review their products...if their other products are anything close to what this one is so far...I highly look forward to it. I will likely be buying a second (and potentially third) pair for my family members for similar use.EDIT 11/4/2016: I have bought a second pair for my wife to use at work, and am considering a third/fourth pair as well. I very highly rate these to be quite solid and they sound wonderful! After using for a couple weeks, the battery life is mind-blowing. I have used them all week without having to charge them. The only "annoyance" I have had is pairing/re-pairing multiple devices (this isn't the headset's fault, just bluetooth in general) and the magnets on the earbuds themselves are not that strong, so they can drop off the neckband at times.
