DON'T FORGET THE PLUG!!
Good UPS. The interface is pretty basic and yet not very intuitive. Be aware it does NOT come with a power plug. You must purchase one. I went here for plugs for both our machines --> and the UPS --> wall. http://www.stayonline.com

Terrible Product
We purchased five of these with external battery packs and SNMP modules for five of our six communications closets. Of the five we purchased, four have gone bad at some point over the previous year. Just so you know, when purchasing these I verified the power the equipment plugged into them would draw (the UPS was rated to handle it and more), had new outlets on their own power circuits installed, upgraded cooling in the rooms, and configured the outlet configuration per APC's recommendation. Still, these devices failed. Most recently, the UPS in our backup data center failed and APC is now refusing to replace it even though it's still under their manufacturers warranty. Not cool. If I end up having to buy a new one, I most definitely will go with another product. The only thing this UPS has going for it is the way it looks.
