This does not come with a carry bag.

Does the timer stop when the cube hits the mat?

No it does not, you have to touch both sides of the timer to stop it. That is the same way it works at the competitions my son has been to. You drop the cube on the mat and touch the timer with both hands to stop it.

Can it work without battery if u connect timer with PC?

Our timer is not made to connect to a PC so i do not know.
