We were a little cautious about an off brand as we’ve always had Warn winches but I have to say this is an extremely nice winch and less money than Warn

Just mounted on the bumper..don't brake anything..that manufacturer does not make any parts
Install is complete..looks good..haven't had the opportunity to use it..so..I'm guessing it's there just incase it is needed..it works well..had no problems pulling the whole truck being on its frame..

Love this winch
This winch was simple to install and easy to wire. Worked the first time both wired and remotely. I love how easy it was to operate and it looks fantastic.

Design flaw
We tried to install at the front of wood trailer. Design flaw … mechanics could not get bolts to tighten today either. Return window closed since we had to go out of town. Husband is NOT happy 😡update 6.6.2023- Amazon was kind enough to refund. Thank you!!! 5 stars for Amazon & one star for design flaw 💔

Great USA quality
Great winch I bought to replace my smittybilt because I wanted a wireless remote. I'm using it for an enclosed car hauler winch. For it to be rated 5 stars it would need a 25-30' remote cord just in case the wireless fails. I called Westin (who makes superwinch regarding a longer corded remote....only option was to butcher 2 remotes and daisy chain..........come on guys offer a 30' corded remote and you'll sell a ton of them! Would of rated it 5 stars if this was an option....very easy to install, great looking and high quality...got it for $550
