Lindy's Stamp Gang Magical Jar Set, 0.25-Ounce, Mad Hatter, 6 Per Package

These are not Embossing Powders as the name of the product here seems to suggest, but rather 'Magical' powders, which are powdered paint pigment (similar to Brusho)I have never used Brusho, so cannot compare, but love the effects I can achieve with these powders. They are beautiful bright colours and have some 'specs' of different colours in them, so when using you get interesting variations in colour, which I really like. Being Amazon, I got a really good price on these and I love using them. A lady called Marta Lapkowska has a great YouTube video demonstrating this product on her channel (MaremiSmallArt) which is totally worth watching if you want to learn more about how to use these.I love that you can use very little of the pigment to get lots of strong colour and not only can you use this with water to water colour, you can create wonderful backgrounds by sprinkling some of the powder onto wet card, creating beautiful blooms or clouds of variegated colour. In addition, you can use the powder in artist mediums (like matte medium for instance) for a more permanent colour and you can use it to colour your modelling/molding/texture paste! Great product, good price.

Lovely colours, really vibrant. Not embossing powder though, I received some type of powdered ink. Add any moisture and the powder bleeds out into bright ink. So definitely not what I thought I was getting.

Such fun names and such great colours. Very useful jars of powder that come to life when mixed with water or any medium. Excellent product. Very quick delivery
