A cool toy!
I need a quick way to apply a bunch of water to a window and window film aka tint. And I'm not talking about those tiny windows that go into cars. I'm talking about the 6 ft wide 7 foot tall windows. This unit seems to be pretty close to perfect for what I need. Next unit up would be a backpack unit But that is for later time. This unit itself is a wonderful little device.First off I would like to say that is that it works. Takes water from the container pumps it through its internal piping and then outputs it into a mistlike pattern onto the window.Honestly I couldn't tell you if the electrostatic aspect of the unit worked or not. I tried different ways of being able to figure that out and honestly I can't tell any difference between it being on and off. That being a case it does put the spray everywhere that you need it to go.You got 50 micron, 75 micron and 100 micron attachments built in. a little bit of priming is needed to fill the internal pipes of water before the unit can be fully used and that is as long as it stays full or you don't tilt it when it's more than 3/4 of the way empty. If you tilt after 3/4 of the way empty, the unit will suck air and lose the priming. My suggestion is to have extra tanks ready so that when you get to a third down just swap out the tank for another. Simply don't deal with running the unit until empty. Not worth the hassle.I'm not saying that you have to be a He-Man to run this thing. But does weigh a little bit with the added battery and the water you might get a good workout in depending on how often you need to move it.As far as battery usage? I'm going to try some really weak batteries. The ultra strong batteries that I have will probably power the unit until a few centuries from now. It's power usage is relatively small and you can probably get by with a very lightweight battery for the unit.I bought some cell phone battery lithium cells that I'm going to put into my own custom made battery. Those suckers are very light and I bet I'll still get a very nice runtime out of it.With a male motto, where one may be enough, two is always better. As far as I know these could be refurbished units for the price is simply so inexpensive for the unit itself. But it came out of the box seemingly brand new and did not have any signs of prior usage. No money was exchanged with the seller nor were any animals injured during the making of this message :-).

Must thoroughly clean after use
Its a good product but you must clean it after use and run fresh water through the sprayer or it will get stopped up and is not easily cleaned from that point. Also certain chemicals left inside the sprayer will diminish the parts inside and eat the rubber grommets and the rubber gaskets inside the little water pumps and then its useless from that point forward.

I am satisfied with this unit so far.
Received the Item today on time. Well packaged. The unit may have been slightly used but works fine. If you need a fine sprayer, look no farther. This will do the job in the house or garden. This unit is suited for small scale regular home use. It has a 1 quart capacity which takes about 5 minutes to deliver. Priming unit is essential. I turned mine upside down with battery installed and tank removed and used a straw to prime it while depressing trigger for initial prime. Worked fine for the gallon that i ran through it today. I did have to set it to prime and then back to the spray nozzle a time or two during spray to get it back to full pressure as the tank empried because of the angle I sprayed was causing the feed line to become unsubmerged in the liquid.. I was spraying a mixture of water, neem oil, and oil soap and applying to my garden to kill white flies.

Didn't work & then was charged a restocking fee when returned+
It would not prime, so I returned it a couple of days after receiving it. It took the seller 11 days to get and process the return AND then he charged me a $16 restocking fee, taken out of my refund! I wouldn't buy this item, it is not easy to prime, then it costs you to return a defective item. Best to buy directly from Amazon, not a 3rd party seller. The chances of getting ripped off are much to great and the products aren't worth the price you pay, they are 2nds or defective!EDIT: The seller tells me the sprayer rusted in transit to his warehouse! If this sprayer rusts within 5 days because it got wet.. it ic not a very well built sprayer. Perhaps Ryoby would like to know what this seller does to these products to cause self destruction!

Keep it clean and it’s a huge time saver.
So I read some bad reviews on this about how it didn’t last or whatever. I’m guessing most people aren’t using this for what it’s originally intended for. I use it to spray my indoor plants. I just make sure I clean it well after every use and flush it with water really well. So far it has lasted. I actually ordered a backup just in case this one goes out. Tool only is about $30-ish. So it’s not the end of the world if you have to replace it. For the time it save and the coverage it provides, I think it’s worth it. It’s also very unique with how it applies the spray. So not only is it easier, it’s more efficient. I don’t expect it to last forever, but absolutely love it in the mean time.

OK, this works, this actually works
Does what it's supposed to doBe sure to use the smallest nozzle so you don't use up your liquid too fast. Also you may want to get the 2L container to hold more disinfectant (this isn't sold on Amazon yet for some reasonUses the Ryobi One batteries so it lasts a good while for multiple sprays/refillsHope this helps

Hard to prime at first
I bought two of them. The fist one wouldn't prime, the second one primed perfectly.I grabbed a syringe, without the needle, I sucked on the prime hole and pushed the spray lever at the same time and voila, it worked. Ever since, no priming has been necesary.Yes, it drips everywhere but it is for my garden so its ok.
