This is a great value for sealed transmissions or transmissions with a dipstick, allowing for the removal of fluid, and then the pan can be dropped without a huge mess, and this is a must if your transmission does not have a dipstick and you wish to refill it. The unit I received did not have the pneumatic air connector that I needed, but it was shipped with one. The included manual is lacking at best, but a quick Google search and you will find many good YouTube videos on the uses and function of the extractor/pump.

This is a great tool for a great price. It comes with every adapter that I need for ford vehicles. As a ford transmission tech I use this daily. My only complaint is the lid doesn’t unscrew to be able to clean it out and fill it with a bulk pump. You have to use the hose to vacuum fill the jug. After I got mine the other 3 transmission guys ordered one as well.

First off if the top is too tight use a pry bar on the bottom jug handle and then one on the top handle, then unscrew the top, mine came right off.There are many different connectors and hoses to do many different vehicles and it comes with a plastic box for the connectors, I stored the hose in a plastic bag.I never used one of these before but needed a way to remove and replace some Transmission fluid on a 2022 Ford Transit instead of removing the crossmember and dropping the Transmission pan. The fill plug is accessed only under the vehicle. I removed the fill plug (Not easy to do because there isn't much room).I started the air compressor (About a 2 gallon tank) then set up the Vevor to extract fluid using the recommended connectors, inserted the suction hose in the fill plug and started the removal of transmission fluid, it worked perfectly.Measured the fluid removed on the Vevor jug, dumped the old fluid out wiped out the jug (the opening is big enough for me to get my arm in to clean it).Then added the same amount of new Transmission fluid to the Vevor jug, then set the Vevor to disperse fluid. It works perfectly. Great buy and it did exactly what it is supposed to do. It does require a lot of air. I had to let my compressor build up a couple of times to remove about 3 quarts of fluid. Glad I got this unit. Took about 1 hour from start to finish and clean up. A+ all the way I would buy again.

I used it to change my fluid in Ram truck with zf8 transmission. Plenty of different attachments. I used the fluid extraction setting to fill the container. Then simply turn the adjustment knob for the dispensing setting. Great capacity, makes filling so much easier. I gave it 4 stars because the gauge on it does not work. And also the instructions are not very useful. But most DIYers will figure it out quickly.I had no issues with any leakage.

I was a skeptic on how well this would work. After using it on my 2023 GMC Sierra 10L80 transmission, it was money well spent. It makes what is normally a messy job into a much easier clean job. I was able to use this unit to draw about 1.5 quarts through the transmission fill port. This was enough to allow me to lower the pan on the bolts and snake the smaller hose between the rail and pan to suck out 4.5 quarts more before lowering the pan. The pan only had about a pint of fluid left in it making the pan easy to handle and lower down safely.The only negative is the air inlet male fitting isn't the proper one for use here in the USA. It would be better if they would include the proper one at its price point. The good thing, a standard USA 1/8 pipe male fitting fits into the place of the provided wrong sized opening. Not that big of a deal.All in all this unit works extremely well for my needs. It is worth a full 5 stars.

Was skeptical at first and I thought I was going to waste my money. I was wrong! I opened it and did not need instructions on how to use it. Figured it out immediately. This pump work amazingly! I highly recommend them. It is worth every penny. From taking your car to the dealer or a shop to do an oil change on your transmissions. This pump pays off by itself on the first use. Vey well built, all the accessories you need are included, it does not leak, weights about 5 pounds empty and it has a built in lock on the handle to do the job yourself.

To start, the first one I got didn't work at all. The pressure relief valve was so leaky and weak that it blew every time it built up enough pressure to dispense. After the company insisting on a video, and then giving me stupid advice and telling me it was working, they finally sent me a new one without me returning it. The new one does work OK for dispensing, though it is still slow. For extraction, you have time to take a nap or go get lunch with all the time it takes, so is basically useless. I bought this with extraction being a reason, so that's a bit disappointing. Also, as others have said, it's almost impossible to get the lid off; you need prybars to do it. Since that's really the only way to fill it, you're going to have to remove that lid.EDIT: The second time I used the replacement, the pressure valve was blowing again, meaning it didn't dispense, either, unless you hold it down, which isn't safe. If you buy this, you're going to have to purchase a quality pressure relief valve! I advise not to purchase this at all.
