Nathan Speed 2 Hydration Belt, Black, Medium

I have been a distance runner for the past five years, and have tried out a variety of hydration belts. The nathan speed is by far the best. Why? Because the entire length of the belt is made of stretchy elastic, allowing it to be tightened to prevent bounce. Because of the velcro front, it can be quickly and easily adjusted midrun, but still stays secure. Yes, it's still a water belt. Yes, it's uncomfortable. But for long runs where you need to carry your own water, this is by far the most comfortable option available on the market.Sizing: I am 5'8" 130lbs, usually wear size four or six pants. I have the medium - the small, which i did try, was too small to be worn down around my hips, which is the best place for running.

I have always been a bit skeptical of anything hanging on my waist, as belts I've had before would bounce annoyingly. However, this belts sits very securely (and I am somebody who any level of bouncing drives me crazy). It has enough room for 2-3 gels plus keys and ID if necessary. Solid construction. Velcro straps very effective and ensure snug fit. Bottles on mine don't leak a bit, and are easy to drink from. If you use Nuun tablets remember to let it dissolve before screwing the top back on, otherwise it'll explode like a shaken soda can when you next open it (yes, I learned the hard way even though I knew better!) As an experienced runner I highly recommend this belt.

Have used belt about 5 times so far and it performs as expected. I love the velcro fastener as it really keeps it snug around hips. I have a 34 inch waist and the medium size fits terrific. No complaints.

Well designed and constructed. Has held up well to numerous long runs.Good for use in marathons or ultra's.Only thing I would change would be to make it lighter.

Just what I needed. Fits well, comfortable and it doesn't bounce so I barely notice it. 20 oz is perfect for long runs even in the Arizona heat.

I was concerned about the belt when I bought it, the concerns vanished the first time I put it on. Feels comfortable.

I got the Medium belt as I am a size 33"/34" and it fits perfectly.The tightness is good enough for me to run comfortably while avoiding the bouncing effect.Adjust it properly before you even start your run to achieve better results.As for the bottles, they are small and carry just enough for a medium length 5-8 mile run.it is easy to open, drink, and close, with its rubberized sports cap.The handle is grippy enough to prevent the bottle from slipping out.It's also soft enough to pull the bottles out easily.Pouch in the front are used for gels, but I use them to hold my house keys.Pouch in the back is large enough to hold an iPod Nano to listen to music while you run.

A great product that does the job.

Easy to get the bottles in/out. Some sloshing effect. Does not ride up my hips - but then I do not really have curves. Able to just fit my iphone in the pocket - earplug cable at slight angle or uppermost so that is sneaks out the top. Also has enough space for some notes cash and 1-2 keys and a few energy beans for longer runs. Tight fit but does the job.

Es fällt mir sehr schwer eine Beurteilung abzugeben. Vorab kann ich schonmal sagen das der trinkgurt wirklich einen guten Eindruck macht. Die Flaschen lassen sich im Lauf sehr gut aus dem Gurt nehmen und wieder verstauen. Bis jetzt sind die Flaschen absolut dicht!!! Keine Ahnung was andere für Probleme damit haben. Der Klettverschluss hält ebenfalls sehr gut. Mal sehen ob es mit der Zeit auch so bleibt. Also: der Gurt selber ist eine absolute Kaufempfehlung meiner Meinung nach.Allerdings war die Lieferung und Lieferzeit eine Katastrophe!! Ich habe auf den Tag genau 4wochen auf einen Artikel gewartet der bei der Bestellung am Lager und sofort lieferbar war. Zuerst vermute ich wurde der Versand vergessen. Kann ja mal passieren. Auf Nachfrage kam eine vorgefertigt Mail, der Artikel ist verschickt, kam aber nicht. Tja, schon schlecht wenn man ein streikendes Transportunternehmen wählt (dhl). Nach weiteren Ca 10 Tagen und erneuter Nachfrage hieß es wieder der Artikel ist versendet, viel Spaß damit. Wieder Probleme bei dhl, lt sendeverfolgung hieß es 1. Annahme verweigert (kann nicht sein),2. keinen erreicht, 3. Übergabe am nächsten Tag 4. wird zurück geschickt. Also wieder nachgefragt. Da hieß es bei Rückläufern kann es ein paar Tage dauern mit dem Neuversand.Jetzt hab ich vorgestern endlich den Gurt bekommen. Allerdings ohne Lieferschein, Rücksendeschein, geschweige denn ein Wort der Entschuldigung. Die Firma 21run kann ich also in kleinster Weise empfehlen.Der Gurt selber hat vielleicht auch 4 oder5 Sterne verdient. Allerdings konnte ich ihn erst einmal testen. Da hat er wirklich einen guten Eindruck gemacht.

Dieser Gürtel eignet sich wirklich sehr gut zum Laufen. Der Klettverschluss läßt eine schnelle Anpassung zu sollte der Gürtel zu locker sitzen.Ebenfalls ist der Gurt nicht fest sondern hat flexiblen Anteil was die Passform und Bequemlichkeit sehr erhöht.Kann dieses Produkt nur weiter empfehlen. Bei der Größe sollte man seine Gürtelweite kennen. Größenangaben stimmen.

Flaschen sind dicht und riechen nach ein paar Mal auswaschen nicht mehr nach Plastik. Der Gurt sitzt fest und stört überhaupt nicht beim laufen. Zusätzliche Taschen bieten Platz für Schlüssel und Mini-Proviant. Bin sehr happy mit dem Gurt.

Produkt ist Qualitativ gut aber der Sitzt ist für schnellere Läufe nicht geeignet ab ca. 4m30s am km bleiben die Trinkflaschen nicht mehr im Gürtel.
