Good product. Very sturdy but a bit brittle. I ordered one and it came in with a crack on a side which I assume happened during shipping. After I returned it I got a replacement which was in good condition besides 2 dots on a corner which looked like pen inc but it cleaned up ok.

I have thus far found this to be a perfectly fine case for my S7. Some observations ...* It does not add bulk to the phone.* The exterior texture is a nice balance of smooth but not so smooth it slides around everywhere.* I had no problems inserting my S7. Insert the top of the phone first and ensure it is pushed up and fully seated at the top before popping the bottom of the phone in.* In contrast to other reports, the power and volume buttons are NOT hard to press with the phone in the case. They don't press as easily as they do sans case, but they are perfectly usable in the case.* I inserted both my SIM and SD cards prior to putting the phone in the case and thus do not anticipate ever needing to remove the phone from the case. (One review complained that it was a pain to repeatedly insert and remove phone.)* When the phone is properly seated in the case, you can lay the phone face down in a flat surface. The case has a subtle lip around the perimeter of the face that keeps the phone from resting on its screen when face down.* The phone and case sit comfortably in my pants pocket. I can drop it in my pocket and slip it out with no difficulty at all.* Yes the speck logo is molded in relief inside the back of the cover. It's not obtrusive at all, it's done in very good taste, and I don't mind it at all. One reviewer did. Big deal.* It's subtle, but I notice the exterior corners seem to be a tad softer than the rest of the case. I presume this is to increase the shock absorbing capacity for a direct corner strike when dropped. I appreciate good engineering like that.I've yet to find any negatives about this case. It was a good purchase. I'm happy.

Finally found the perfect case! I cannot say enough about this!! - Military Grade drop protection WITH GLITTER!! After several hours/days of looking for the perfect case I found this beauty. I have the gold s7 and this case looks stunning on it. It is very subtle glitter but when it catches the light its amazing. The glitter is inside the plastic so it doesn't rub off or scratch the phone!!Ok, enough about glitter....The case has a hard shell over the TPU interior. It has a super tight fit so be careful when putting it on. I don't remove it to often, just to clean under it. I put it on the phone as soon as it cam out of the box and the phone is still perfect and I have had it for about 2 months now. I tend to destroy every case I get. They on average last no more than a couple months so this is pretty impressive so far.It has little hard TPU bumpers on the corners so the outer plastic doesn't crack. It is a little slippery, but it has a good feel in the had and it slips nicely in and out of the packets and purses. The edges are raised around the front and camera so it can be put down without worry of scratching the screen or camera. The buttons are a little stiff, but easy to push giving it a really solid feel.No evidence of yellowing so far.Drop protection -It has fallen from waist high about 6 times without any issues, it just bounced a bit. The raised lip kept it from getting scratched.It fell from my jacket pocket once and hit the curb and bounced halfway under my truck. It was fine with only a slight scuff on the little raised TPU spot on the edge. (It buffed with a high shine nail file)Just get this, you will love it!!

I just received this today, so this is my cursory review. I just got myself the Samsung Galaxy S7 in the gold color. While I am generally a function and form over fashion girl, I have to admit it is gorgeous! It made me want to protect it with something other than my previous TANK of an Otterbox. There is a large variety of choices out there and I only focused on the clear cases. I chose this Speck case based on clear material, slim profile, Speck's specs - ;o) - and customer input.I found this case a BEAR to put on. After a few tries, I held it close to my body for awhile to warm up the material and make it a little more pliable. Getting the edge over the buttons was the most difficult, but with patience and a small, flat plastic cosmetic spatula, I was able to work it on over all 4 edges. It fits snuggly, keeps my screen away from surfaces when laid face-down, and causes my camera & fit sensor to be slightly recessed so that they are protected from surfaces when laid on its back. The corners appear to have good cushioning capability and the bumper is all the way around. I had no difficulty operating the buttons and the cutouts line up very well. Also: it DOES work on my wireless recharger. The beauty of my phone still shines through.I cannot speak to a screen shield because I haven't received mine yet. If there is a problem I will update this post.So far, I believe I will be pleased with this product. It is neither the cheapest case nor the most expensive, but I feel that the price I paid is worth the protection.By the way, I did NOT receive this product free or discounted for my review.I haven't yedIt arrived on time in reasonable packaging.

Product fits great. This is my second one. The first was clear and it got discolored. Smoked one is better.

I bought this for my S7 phone from John Lewis first time round and absolutely loved how it protected my phone from the many falls it has had on different surfaces. My phone isn't insured so this cover was a must and is worth the price due to its high quality. The cover lasted me 2 years in terms of how it looked as it had a gold tinge which began to look unappealing so I ordered a new clear one from Amazon. Since then I have dropped my phone on wooden flooring from 3ft high a few times and my phone is still good as new. Having said that I also have put a tempered glass screen protector on top for extra protection.To add the cover fits the phone perfectly and its nice to be able to see the original colour of my phone through the transparent cover.I definitely would buy this cover again.

I bought this 2.5 years ago and despite dropping my phone numerous times onto all sorts of surfaces, including driving off with it on the car roof, there has been no damage to my phone. I am replacing now because it has become slightly discoloured but more because a slight split is showing at the edge after I removed it to clean the cover and phone. Money very well spent indeed.

I love this case by Speck I've had one for all my iPhones and they where all great, i loved how they hugged the phone and protected it well and now since i have switched to Samsung i still feel the same way same great fit and protection. I got it for a great price and was delivered with no hassle on time. 10/10 would recommend.

Very tight fit but did eventually get ti on the phone.It's what you want really!Looks good, protects phone and hopefully it won't yellow!

Love this looks really classy and feels sturdy just about to order another colour in it.
