Why not have you cake and eat it too. MuscleTech NITRO-TECH CRUNCH’s Premium Protein Blend is nothing new. However the in the birthday cake flavor bar it is really good. The bars have been around for a while and compared to other protein bars they have a similar protein make up in my opinion, However, it’s still solid and a good in-between meals or after workout protein bar. If you need a quick and opportune protein fix between meals, this is a good option. In my opinion MuscleTech NITRO-TECH CRUNCH’s carb content is neither high nor low at eight percent of the daily value. Again in my opinion MuscleTech NITRO-TECH CRUNCH can help you muscle up without compromising your diet. . I would recommend these bars for those who like to snack on the run.

One of the better protein bars on the market. The majority of them tend to taste and chew like sweetened road tar but by mixing in the little crispy bits muscletech pulls this one off. The best part I think is the protein gram to calorie ratio. This bar is about 1:10 which is darn good as opposed to Robert Irvine which is like 1:17 so you are getting the protein you need without the calories and carbs that you don't want.I use these as a meal replacement - so much better to have one of these than grabbing ANYTHING on the road.

Overall these are pretty solid protein bars. It has gotten to the point where they all start to taste the same. The texture is decent, not as good as your Quest bar but better than most others. As far as flavor I think they are spot on. The bar does tend to flake and make a mess in your car that would be one of my only complaints. The other issue is that they could be softer. I am not a picky eater at all so these will work for me. Pretty solid strike by Muscletech on these. I like them!

Best bars I've tried yet. I normally go with muscle pharm but decide to try these because they are a little cheaper and have a good mix of carbs, proteins, and relatively low sugars for a convenient snack during work. These bars are not near as chewy and taste way better. As for shipping goes, I've been buying muscle pharm and get them stuffed in my mailbox to come home to a bunch of melted bars. These have been packaged with insulation and cold packs so even after getting home from being gone all day they are still cool. Shows they put some effort into making sure the customer is satisfied and I'm a person who appreciates the extra effort. If I could change one thing it would be the soy protein but it's about impossible to find any without it at a reasonable price.

This protein bar is better than most in both taste and performance. The cookie dough flavor has the right amount of protein, while keeping both sugar and fat contents low. It was a breeze to incorporate this bar in my daily routine. As far as taste goes, like all protein bars, the bar is a bit dense (due to the large amount of protein in it), but if you have been able to get past that with other brands, this one will not disappoint. If you are new to protein bar consumption, this is a good starter bar due to its taste being better than most I have had in the past.

This is hands down the best crunch bar out on the market. The profiles is great and the taste is even better. I love the Birthday cake flavor. The outside is white frosting with pink swirls and inside is a moist cake like sprinkle center. Overall this is just like eating Birthday cake-only slightly chewy texture to it. Overall a great treat and easy to get down. This is a bar I look forward to eating and not one that makes me gag. This keep me full for a long time and I think muscle tech has done a excellent with these bar. I look forward to trying out the other flavors.

These garage great!! I got the strawberry and would love to try the other flavors. The bar is not chewy at all and the coating adds great flavor. My only complaints would be a rather high calorie to protein ratio vs other bars on the market. Secondly I wish the bar would have kept me full for longer. I would recommend giving these bars a shot for sure though.

I bought this product because I was getting sick of the more popular protein bar brands. This bar taste decent--it has a strong 'fake-sweet' taste--but the texture is nice and crunchy like a Twix bar. The nutrition profile is not the greatest, so I'd recommend only purchasing if you really enjoy the taste and want to eat a protein bar.

These taste incredible. You'll be hard pushed to find a better tasting protein bar, without the sweet, 'chemically' after-taste you find a lot of the time. 22g of protein in a bar too is ideal for a snack whilst on the go. They are a little more expensive than other brands and bars, but for the taste I would certainly keep coming back to buy these as a treat.Does it taste just like birthday cake? Obviously not, but they do taste really good and will satisfy your cravings if you have a sweet tooth.

It doesn't taste fresh and i wish it had less salt.

These are nice, and dont taste like sweeteners. Nice texture too. Can be a bit sickly but it is birthday cake flavour after all!
