I loved this product … I had a couple dents in my car that have bothered me for a few years … they weren't big, but big enough … only looked like someone fell against my car … both dents were somewhat smooth … But anyway, they are completely gone … We even had a dent on the front of our refrigerator, it worked great on that as well.

This dent remover works pretty well. Its EZ to use, directions are straightforward. I do have a difficult dent on the rear wheel well. It popped out decent however i will have to try a 2nd application.

I had a medium/small sized dent on my SUV and figured to give this a try. At this price, it was worth a shot. This product is simple to use and will pay for itself in one use.Just a few items to note:-Make sure the glue goes through the four little holes on the glue tabs. Be liberal with the glue when applying. To reuse the glue tabs, after the glue hardens the four holes must be cleared to use again (i used a push pin, a paperclip would as do)-Careful the glue gun may look like a toy but it gets hot-it will probably take a few applications to get the job done. If you are looking the a heavy duty kit that that will take your dent out in one use, this probably isn't for you. Like noted before, i had a smaller dent and it took 6 or 7 times to get the dent all the way out. Don't be underwhelmed bc that the material isn't heavy duty and looks like it is cheapy made. It will work.-For the most part I scraped off the excess glue with my finger. The glue that wasn't removed easily -came off with a credit card. Glue was workable and easy.-Finally I found when I tightened the glue tabs, it was more effective to tighten at a slow rate. My first attempt I went too fast and had to restart.

Make sure you look at all the videos and be careful with using too much heat. It will solve the issue of the dent but might damage your paint! Good customer service. Quality materials used, but it is not magic.

The product arrived quickly and contained everything you need for paintless dent repair with a caveat. I have a small dent on the front of one front fender. It's in a fairly rigid section containing a curved surface and a 90 degree bend. Also, my car is in an unheated garage where the temperature is about 40 degrees. I attached the tool with the clear, more viscous adhesive since I knew it would take a great deal of effort to remove the dent considering the shape of the structure. I made two attempts to remove the dent. In both instances, the glue bond broke. It may be due to the temperature or I may not have adequately cleaned the car wax from the area in question. So I decided to wait for warmer weather, re-clean the area, and try again. If I'm successful on the next attempt, I'll upgrade my rating to five stars. For the price, I think it's a good deal and would work on larger and softer areas of the car body.

This product is ingenious. It is well worth the money. The glue gun and glue sticks alone are worth the low price.It might not work on all types of dents but it is good for the small to medium dents

This product falsely advertises removal of hail damage which is false. The truth is smaller dents which are harder to pull up cause this poorly engineer plastic piece of nothingness to bend downward instead of lifting the dent upward. Should have listened to one of the earlier posts saying this little plastic thing bends too much and the cushions are too soft and depress down about a 1/4 of an inch as well. Also, the glue does not come off as easy as they show. Poor engineering period.

It will actually pull out easy dents within its' capacity. But don't expect miracles. The bridge is made of plastic which limits its' pulling capacity and the smallest pulling stud is still too big for small dents. The head of it spans too much of the dent to be able to pull from the center of the dent. The only complaint I have with it is that the M6x1.00 nut in the knob is a sloppy fit to the screw shafts and that is the only reason I docked the unit one star. When this is fixed it will deserve 5 stars. But it still worked and the threads have not stripped yet. The hot melt glue gun is a simple but effective design. Just don't leave it on for too long or it will melt the glue stick back into the unit preventing the trigger from advancing the glue stick. The glue sticks did a surprisingly good job and with a little alcohol they come right off without any damage to the paint.
