Works Really Well, Better than Floss
My teeth are quite close together so I've always struggled with traditional waxed floss, it just gets caught and cuts into my gums.I took the plunge after a recent visit to the dentist to get this electric water flosser, there's a lot about now but this one was new to the market and seemed to fit the bill.To use it you just charge it via USB like everything these days, attach the apt nozzle there's a few to choose from, then fill with warm water. The first time I used it I sprayed water everywhere, so make sure you stick it in your mouth and close your mouth properly as the water jet - which is adjustable in power - pulses on and off with some force.Does it work? Sure does! it got between all my teeth very quickly and I can feel all the nice gaps in my teeth with my tongue.I was surprised how quick and effective it is, just don't spray your bathroom ceiling with water as I did :-)

Strong jet and battery lasts ages between charges
Bought to replace another make which had a dud battery after only a few months. This is much more powerful although costing only a few pounds more. The only problem was at the beginning when the inlet tube inside the water compartment was tucked up and so it completely failed to produce any water. A note in the instructions telling one to check that would have saved a lot of frustration. It was not at all obvious and was solved by chance. Otherwise it is really good and much better than the one recommended by the dentist.

Excellent
I've been using this flosser for a few weeks now and its great- it really does work. It uses a completely full tank each time and my advice is to keep it in the shower and fill it with warm water- this means no shock of cold water, no worries about splashes flying everywhere and it's easy to refill. Any water left in the tank can be emptied out straight into the shower too.I do think these could potentially be dangerous if you were to accidentally get a shot of water in your eye- on the high setting it's very powerful- but this is true of any of these flossers.Overall I'm very pleased with this unit and it was less than half the cost of many others. Definitely recommend.

Worked for 2 years then stopped working.
Purchased this a couple of years ago. Worked fine but suddenly stopped working recently. Would use it once or twice a week. Don't expect it to last a long time. Also very hard to drain water out of. Water just collects in the bottom of the tank and is virtually impossible to dry out when using regularly.

Recommend by the Dentist and I can now see why!
In September, my dental hygienist recommended that I buy a dental water flosser like this because I get a lot of plaque build up between my front four lower teeth that I find it hard to get rid of with traditional floss because my teeth are too close together and overlap.I was skeptical that this product would be any better, and reluctant to spend the money, but I’m phobic about going to the dentist so figured I’d try this in the hope it would make my visits shorter.Yesterday, I had a routine dental check and the dentist commented on how much less plaque there was between my front teeth than usual. I said I’d been using this every day and she said it had made a massive difference. To be fair, I could see that there was less visible plaque too, but needed the confirmation from the professionals before believing it to be true!I now 100% recommend this! It isn’t the easiest tool to use at first, and takes practice, but once you’re used to it, it works and does a great job.

Quite impressed using this.
This is my first water flosser, I decided to try it as I hate using the traditional floss. It took a few goes to get the hang of it but it really makes my teeth feel good. It is better to use warmer water as the cold hurts on some areas. A bit bulky to be easily taken when travelling but easy to hold so I would not want it too narrow. Still haven’t managed to complete my mouth in one fill up but that is more me than the water tank quantity. I am pleased that I purchased it, I will see if the hygienist notices any difference.

Great after some messy practice!
This water flosser is a game changer for me. I HATE flossing, and for my front teeth I have to use those little tiny wire brushes because I have bonded metal retainers behind them. After a couple of first attempts I got more water over my mirror, shelves, ceiling.. than in my mouth, but now I've perfected the technique my teeth and gums are cleaner then ever before.Word of warning: The water jet is FIERCE on the high setting, it actually grazed my lip and tongue a little, so until you've got the hang of this gadget practise with a medium setting.Handy tip: Use warm water for a more comfortable experience, and occasionally add a splash of mouthwash to the water to really freshen up.Finally: I've gone from flossing once in a blue moon to using this thing every day - it works a treat but also... it's quite fun!

Stopped working after 4 weeks
Stopped working after just 4 weeks. Also was disappointed because I found the water tank so very hard to pull off! With my previous water jet it was so easy to twist off the tank for filling, emptying and cleaning.I fear that with this one, the force required to remove the tank may eventually result in the retaining plastic parts breaking. Having forced the tank off twice, it has not made it any easier.Additionally, if only using the hinged tank flap, instead of removing the tank, then cleaning is not possible and I have found in the past that the little plastic door hinges always eventually break off.
