Whats the length of the legs?

It depends on the size of the coverall. Usually they are longer than needed so they have to be hemmed. At 5 ' 11" a 2x regular has been just right but another brand would have to be hemmed. A 2xL would be 3-4 inches too long for me, depends on brand. No experience with 4x L Lfor long

Is there a sizing chart somewhere?

There isn't a size chart from the manufacturer. However, there are over 350 reviews that provides s general guide as to how well the product fits the individual's body. According to my fiance, who purchased the M, he is 5'10" approx. 170 lbs - the crotch is a bit short. Therefore, if a M Tall is available, or SM Tall, etc; get that size instead of the regular fit in your desired size.

Go onto Amazon, pulled up my order, select the button that says Return Item. They will send an acknowledgment email and follow up with a Return label. I didn’t print it, just took the email to a UPS store. They scanned and printed it and applied to my box. By the following day Amazon said my refund was approved. I chose to put it on Amazon as a gift card amount, as I buy things on Amazon frequently. You can also have it credited back to your credit/debit card though it takes longer.
