My son who is autistic and hyperactive, loves this to do his daily "exercises." Is safe for kids of all ages to use I think. The size, quality and durability is great!

I use these to fill sacks for resistance sprints, for slams, and for a variety of exercises. For some pre-teens I trained this past summer, the bags held up to them slamming them on the ground. I'd purchase more if needed.

I really like that it’s soft and easy to handle when doing my various exercises. It’s so versatile! I use it on my ankles to do abs, swing it from down to up to work my lats, torso twists, overhead press, etc. i feel less prone to injury using this because it’s easier to handle.

Held up well! Perfect for doing dead bug exercises.

So far I enjoy using the sandbell, it met my expectations to use as a kettlebell at a much lower cost.

These were perfect for our little home gym. They are the same quality you would normally find at the gym. I do wish the material was different to make it easier to clean but still a really good quality sandbag. These get used daily and have held up really well as I have had them for months now.

I use this in almost every workout and it's one of my favorite pieces of equipment. I full time RV and there are so many things you can do with sandbags.

Amazing

This sandbag feels sturdy and well-made. To make the most of it, it amazingly fits a shopping bag (plastic) so that it can be converted to a kettlebell-like weight for more exercises.

Product well made. Have used it for over a month now and no problems. The one thing I would like to see in an update would be a handle to carry it. Overall a great product.

Great tool for grip training, more versitile than a kettlebell! Get the prefilled one if possible, as it is a little fiddly and time consuming to fill it apparently. I got the prefilled one as it was at the time cheaper than the unfilled ones but i think it’s worth it even if that’s the more expensive option!
